This Panera was fairly comparable to most other Paneras. I had come strictly for a standard drink around dinner time. The crowd was fairly low mainly with people eating while fiddling on their laptops. I had appreciated that the drinks were self service so I could easily walk in and fill up my cup with what I pleased with ease.

Ordered a sandwich today, while eating it it tasted off, I turned it up side down and found the bread badly burnt from the oven grease. Nasty! Lunch time is over from work no time to bring it back Had to throw it out!!

Empty Coffee Urns for 30+ minutes

I am a new Sip Club member and I am disappointed that each time I come to Dedham Panera, the decaf is either empty or luke warm. The management does not put a priority on maintaining the coffee urns as a priority. I took a picture o f the current setup with both Dark Roast and Decaffeinated Coffee empty. A guy complained about Dark Roast and I asked about Decaf. at 10:05. The finally replaced them at 10:35. This has been a regular occurrence at other Panera Breads that I visit. I am on the road several days a week and I hoped the the $10/mo would save me a little money. The Sip Club isn't worth it if I can't get coffee.

This place had super slow service with a bad attitude and it was filthy. They didnt have any coffee or hot water. The muffin was not fresh. The pastry looked old.

After a long shift, decided to stop for breakfast and find plastic in my oatmeal. I'm disgusted.

Santoro's has deep roots in Roslindale Square, originally founded by Vincenzo and Agostina Santoro and beloved for decades for their Sicilian pizza, fresh-baked scali bread, and classic Italian pastries. Today, their daughter Tina Santoro Asmar carries that legacy forward with pride--and has taken it to another level. The care, tradition, and family ownership are felt the moment you walk in. The sandwiches are simply unmatched. Hands down, the best Italian deli sandwiches I've ever had--better than anything I've eaten in Philadelphia, New York City, or Boston (all places I've lived). Everything starts with bread baked fresh daily and top-quality ingredients. Our favorites are: The Agostina Sr. - Boar's Head provolone, sweet & spicy capicola, Genoa salami, mortadella, prosciutto, sun-dried tomato spread, roasted red peppers, onion, tomato, fresh basil, and olive oil The Grayson - Oven Gold turkey, cranberry sauce, homemade stuffing, romaine, and mayo You can taste the pride and attention to detail in every bite. Catering is where Santoro's truly shines and we always call the day beforehand. We regularly order trays for our own family and for friends returning home from the hospital, and the feedback is always the same--everyone raves. Standout catering dishes include: Chicken Parmigiana, Stuffed shells & stuffed manicotti, Lasagna, Ziti with meatballs, Chicken, broccoli & ziti, Eggplant Parmigiana (a favorite with our vegetarian friends), and Caesar salad We always order extra meatballs and extra Nona Carmela's marinara--and it never goes to waste. The garlic bread is also a must: fresh scali bread loaded with garlic, butter, Parmesan, mozzarella, and baked until perfectly bubbly. The desserts are excellent (especially the cannoli), and they thoughtfully package them separately from hot food--small touches that show how much they care. Add in super friendly staff, fair prices, and consistently fresh ingredients, and Santoro's becomes the kind of place you rely on again and again--for everyday meals, family gatherings, and moments when food really matters. A true family-owned Italian gem with incredible sandwiches and catering you can trust. Highly recommended.

I've enjoyed halal bowls in NYC and wanted one before heading back to the house. For takeout, I ordered the Regular Halal Combo Platter ($12.99 plus tax) with tender pieces beef gyro & chicken, orange rice, lettuce, tomatoes, green peppers, onions, white sauce and two lines of spicy red sauce, warm soft pita triangles included. The portion size was pretty generous filling up the round foil container. The ingredients and the flavors of savory and spicy came together very well. I would definitely come back here!

If you try Halal Guys in New York then you try it in Massachusetts, you'll be disappointed. Not sure why the taste is different. Or maybe because you walk do much while in NYC, and with the vibe for food trucks there, then food tastes better. The food here was bland and the lettuce does not seem fresh. It is a good sustenance but for the price, you would expect better.

The food is solid but it's a bit pricey and my last time here was the final time. After standing in the store for the usual extra 15-20 minutes beyond the estimated time, a staff member gave us the sandwiches we ordered but said they ran out of soup and could refund us. We stood there and waited another 10 minutes until he came around again and asked if we needed anything. I said yes, we're waiting for the refund. He got another coworker to process the refund for us. She was typing in front of a computer for a few minutes and said she processed it. My mistake that I took her for her word without requesting a refund receipt as the refund never processed. By the time we got home to eat (after stopping at the grocery store for soup instead), the four sandwiches were cold. I won't be back again but if you go, tack on a lot of time before you go to pick up your food and if you get a refund, press for a receipt.
