This is the second order I have had from this cava location that had multiple missing items. I called the store and reached a manager (a hispanic woman), I tried to explain what went on with my order and what was missing but the manager was instead dismissive of what I was saying and was not very helpful at all. Instead I felt even worse than when I called. I told her I just received the order and she said the order was placed two hours ago. I asked her if the order was placed at 4:47 how can you expect a delivery at the same time. I told her that I received the order at 6:13 and called 6:25pm. I have attached the receipt of when my order was ordered and when it was delivered. Then she tried to blame it on the driver eventhough the bag was sealed. I'm incredibly upset with this interaction and this is the worst customer service I've ever had in my entire life. I 'm also incredibly upset and frustrated in regards to my order being incorrect and my items being missing.

My go to lazy lunch option! So many options to chose to satisfy any craving while fueling your body with green leafy veggies to get over any afternoon slump. Give it a try!

Negligent staff

3 staff in the building but 2 stayed intentionally hidden in the back. All 3 refused to address a single customer over a 40 minute time period midday. 3 people walked out after the staff member wouldn't acknowledge them. Numerous people tried to get their the staff's attention but they just ignored attempts. Myself and 4 others waited an entire 27 minutes before we were acknowledged. I waited an entire 34 minutes to get my takeout order that was placed 1.5 hours prior. This is at 2:30pm on a Sunday. This was a horrendous display of customer service and it's clear this staff shouldn't be employed at this location. I wish there was an option for 0 stars.

Service is kinda iffy. The food was good but it took forever to get someone to ring me up at the register.

Everyone was so kind, super hearty portions, and a special shout-out to Travis! Definitely the most welcoming location in Charlotte.

Trolley Barn Fermentory & Food Hall - Trolley Barn Dip Trio

Trolley Barn Fermentory & Food Hall

South End, Dilworth

If trolley barn has no fans, I am dead. I've eaten here at least 5 times with several different…read morepeople and it's never missed. I'll always advocate for you, Trolley Barn. Pros: the food!! It is so good! Exceptionally good items we've had are the chicken wings, the Vietnamese sandwich, and the rolls. The menu changes often, so it's always exciting with new amazing choices. The cocktails are also rotating and also amazing! The wait staff is always very kind, and we never have trouble finding a table since the place is quite large. There's music and TV's around, but they're not the star of the show. There's indoor and outdoor seating both upstairs and downstairs. Cons: I hate to say it... the beer. I think it's fine if you're IPA people, but we're more light beer/pilsner people.

I came here on Sunday around 3pm for a late lunch after exploring Camden Commons. We were debating…read morebetween here and Tremont Kitchen - Trolley Barn sat us first! It's a nice open space with outdoor tables too (none out of the sun were available for us though, so we sat inside at a four top). Right in the thick of all the other restaurants and shops, but it holds its own. They have a good beer/wine/cocktail selection, as well as some NA and D9 alternatives. With it being so hot out and us having just finished walking around outside, we all just stayed hydrated with water. For our entrees, there was a variety of french dips, burgers, and grilled cheeses ordered. The food came out in a timely manner and we all devoured our plates, so I think that's a good sign. Pretty standard price point too- all around, perfect spot for late afternoon bite and hanging out a bit with some good company. Our waitress was friendly and attentive. I would recommend and definitely revisit myself. @azfitfoodfun

Pizza Baby - Stracciatella and fresh-baked bread

Pizza Baby

Review for Pizza Baby…read more After a relaxing Vinyasa yoga class and sound bath at The Coterie Wellness one evening, I found myself hungry--and conveniently, Pizza Baby had just opened in the same complex. Perfect timing. Since it was still new, the restaurant wasn't very busy, and I decided to grab a table outside. The outdoor seating was lovely--relaxed, comfortable, and a great way to unwind after a wellness session. I'm a sucker for thin-crust pizza, especially when it's hand-tossed and thoughtfully prepared, so one item immediately caught my eye: the rosemary pizza with hot honey. Sold. I added Italian sausage to the pizza and paired it with a fresh green salad (I can never resist a good Green Goddess dressing). Yes, it was a little on the pricey side, but the quality matched the cost--and I was genuinely pleased with my choices. The crust was thin and flavorful, the toppings were balanced, and the hot honey added just the right touch of sweetness and heat. This is definitely a place I'd return to--next time with friends--so we can share a few different pizzas and appetizers and really explore the menu. A few practical notes: * Parking is generally easy since the restaurant shares a lot with neighboring businesses in the complex * There are several nearby spots, including a wine bar and entertainment venues, which make the area feel lively * There was some early parking congestion when a nearby church held services, but the situation has since been addressed with signage and coordinated parking solutions It's nice to see businesses and community partners working together to make things run smoothly. There's also another location of Pizza Baby that I plan to visit, which speaks to how positive my first experience was. Bottom line: Great thin-crust pizza, pleasant outdoor seating, and a convenient stop after yoga or an evening out. A solid addition to Charlotte's growing food scene--and absolutely worth checking out. And if you're already in the area for a class or wellness session, it makes for the perfect post-workout reward.

Hey y'all! Can we…read moretawlk... 5:55am and all I can think of is last night's dining experience. Yes, I just snuck downstairs to snag some leftovers So, I have a huge event planned at NJC Jay St 5/2 and decided to go check out the venue and parking sitch. It was around dinner time and we looked for some place, in the area, to eat. We decided on Pizza Baby . As usual, we sit at the bar and though they don't have a huge IPA selection, they did have a fav. Although the Blanco looked appealing, we are meat peeps and go for the Starsky. Notes: Be prepared to wait. I am usually a 30-min max, and then I'm out person, but the decor, vibe and music was so chill in here that I was just enjoying it (one couple even bought a deck of cards, as they were used to the wait). Also, Alia one-manning the bar and making each customer feel like the only customer was an added touch. Out comes the pizza... Alia asks if we wanted ranch dressing. This is where I looked at her 3 heads and asked "who eats ranch with pizza???" but since she said it is house made, I asked to taste it. Best decision I've ever made (sorry Blanton, but dating you was an afterthought...). This pizza was crispy where it needed crisp. It was cheesy, meaty and saucy in all the right places. I could not stop raving about the restaurant and Alia, so she decided to bring the owner, Steven out to meet us. What a darling! Humble, personable, charming and, all around, one of the nicest people you will ever meet. Wrap it up: If you plan to go here... go early, go hungry, be prepared to wait (bring a deck of cards), sit at the bar to stay engaged, get the 14" if it's just two of you (18" is huge), have a great time! This is the SHPOTT!
