Love Cava, but this is the worst location we've been to! The facilities are always dirty and the service is never great, unfortunately. They tend to load you up with the cheaper toppings and be very stingy on the protein. Truly think this is a management problem. read more

I said I would not be back after a lackluster first visit, but we had a much better experience this time around. Sanitation was greatly improved. Staff was more cordial. Went with the Lentil Avocado Bowl which was very tasty (including the pita bread). My wife enjoyed hers too. We might actually be back. read more

The Lamb Wrap was delicious and the PetaBread was perfect. I ate it so fast I didn't have time to get a photo so my apologies. The service was great and fast which place was clean and comfy but needed to hit the road so I didn't sit long. read more

The food is great and the people are nice, BUT seriously can you turn the AC off in the winter time. It's absolutely freezing in the dining area! read more

The last few times me and my girlfriends went out for cava we all left disappointed but we tried this location closest to our workplace...It is soo good! The store is actually clean and we feel like we can take our lunch breaks there and feel good and refreshed afterwards. I personally love their lamb and the fact that this location always has super fresh greens!! (can't say that about other locations in Charlotte..) read more

The WORST cava and honestly fast food place I've been to ever. Workers were so rude and were looking at me like they had an issue I was coming to get food. They were out of basically everything which makes no sense because there was three hours still until close. They were out of corn, Taziki, broccoli, other proteins and sides, lemonade, and all the teas. The vending machine did not even work properly. Every single table was filthy. I will never be back to this CAVA. read more

A great option for a fast, casual, and nutritious meal. Grilled chicken was flavorful and not dry. Pita was soft and warm. Veggies were fresh. Great pickled onions and peppers. To add flavor, I highly recommend the dressings and dips - crazy feta and the garlic sauce are both great. Got delivery so I can't speak to the service, but food was great. read more

We love eating at Cava. Always get a grain & green bowl with chicken with extra toppings. Food is always excellent and serving are more than adequate. Would eat there ever day if possible. read more

The food is amazing! The service was VERY rude. They didn't fill up the bowl enough, so we asked for some extra rice. She takes the bowl and rudely dumps a whole different kind of rice into the bowl. The service could be A LOT better. The looks of the establishment was nice. The cleanliness was ok. I'm not sure if I would come back here again. read more

It's good stuff.... I will say, depending on when you visit you may have some quality issues - (Luke warm proteins, sloppy cutting of veggies or wildly inconsistent portions (teenagers can be quite generous & heavy handed). However, all in all, it beats other options in the category of fast-casual in the area. We will leverage the mobile app and continue to be regulars as long as they maintain consistency. read more

I think Yelp needs to give us a zero star option. Don't ever try to call this Greek. I don't know how they stay in business. The food is marginal at best. Having said that the girl who served me was very polite. I'll give her four stars. If you're looking for good Greek food go to Greco fresh grill. read more

The entire restaurant is disgustingly filthy!! The trash was overflowing and they were not too busy to tend to it. Our food was cold. We will not go back to this location!! If a new restaurant wasn't coming to a location near us, this would be our last time having Cava!! read more

Wow, I mean, I love CAVA. I will continue to eat CAVA at my local CAVA. This CAVA location however, needs some staff motivation seminars or something. Asked for greens and saffron rice (They have 3 kinds of rice.) "We only have brown rice." "Ok, I'll have greens and brown rice." :Puts just the rice on the bowl: "Um I wanted the greens too..." :EMPLOYEE EYE ROLL followed by an audible sigh: Ok so that was strike one, and at first I thought I had imagined it. I completed my order down the line and then noticed my wife behind me struggling with the same employee. That's when I saw the employee actually wait until my wife was looking in the other direction and rolled her eyes again. My wife was asking for plain chicken in a bowl with some pita bread for our kids, it really wasn't that complicated. Looking a bit around as we ate I took note of a few other things as I was now already in a state of annoyance over the lone female employee in the place. (8/8/22 4:00 PMish) 1. Every single table was dirty, every one. Four employees standing around in the kitchen, every table dirty. 2. The trash was completely full. Employees are now having a good laugh about something someone said near the chicken burning on the grill. 3. The bathrooms hadn't been cleaned, if not at all today, certainly not in the last few hours. Employees still standing around, but someone stops to cut up chicken. Yeah like I said, I love CAVA and the food was decent, but since that's not hard to do at a franchise, all I have to say is this appeared to be about the laziest group of workers I have seen in my life. read more

Constant service issues such as: hardly any chicken when you paid for double, completely missing ingredients from the bowl and not giving the side pita. They are pretty consistently going to mess up. The food is still ok-just really annoying stuff. read more

Beyond not happy with how I was treated when I had a drive through order that was 20 mins past the pickup time with minimal apologies. Everything was out of stock. And I had overtired kids in the car. No longer an option for our family now. Literally no one cared. read more

The last 4 times I have come to this CAVA has been terrible. I go weeks in between because I'm always hopeful the next time will be better. I pre-order my food on the app. The app is either incorrect because they're out of items they haven't marked off , I'm waiting on my food for 15-20 minutes after I'm there past the time it's scheduled to be ready, or I add something to my meal that's just forgotten. I'm not one to write reviews because I know things happens and people are short-staffed. But when I consistently have an issue WEEKS in between coming here, there's a problem. Probably will not be coming back or recommending. read more

UNSANITARY!! The grossest restaurant I have visited in quite some time. Not ONE clean table to eat at, every trash overflowing including the restroom (which I dreaded, but couldn't avoid). They ran out of garlic dressing by 2 pm. How does that happen? Had many people Behind the counter but only two actively doing anything and again, It was not a lunch rush, it was 2 pm. The staff that waited on us was friendly but someone needs to wash down tables if they don't have anything else to do. Maybe they were afraid of all of the flies on the tables. This CAVA is foul! Visit the Blakeney location instead. read more

This location used to be great but the last several times I have visited they are out of all of their main ingredients and don't seem to to really care. read more

We were visiting the area recently, and Cava made our short list of lunch recommendations. I admit, as a Hispanophile, I thought it was going to be a tapas place, as "Cava" in Spanish is a sparkling wine. lol. While we did wait a bit to be served--the person taking counter orders was in the back--she made up for it with generous portions and a kind demeanor. Also, she was apologetic. The bowls here are so big (and healthy!) that you may not finish them (and end up with both lunch AND dinner!). We enjoyed ours so much that we went back the next day for more! I did some researching and discovered that there is one semi-close to home so I can imagine it will make it onto our takeout rotation at some point. My husband liked the place so much that he ate there AGAIN in Austin, TX just a few days later. I have pics as proof! If you want a healthy, filling meal that will not break the bank, try Cava. I've read that the tables are dirty and the service slow, but with faster food places, I try to lead with the food and follow with the secondary experience details. Only if this were a tablecloth place would I weigh food and service equally. For that reason, I give Cava 5 stars. Our experience was great! read more

Extremely poor service even in take out. Half the things like roasted vegetables were out and the young lady at the counter said CAVA stopped offering roasted vegetables. While I can see some pieces of roasted vegetables in empty tray. Same with salads. The cashier's (2 of them) we're just using time to stand there. I had to get my own bag and fill it to go. While eating salad , I got this 3 inch piece of raw cabbage which should never be in salad mix. read more

The service was great, the food was fresh. I was happy until I went to sit down and saw how dirty the restaurant was. The drink machine had food splattered on it, the cabinets and trash cabinets had tons food debris from many days prior under, around and on them. I will not come back until it gets cleaned. It was very gross. read more

First time trying cava and it was great! I got a chicken bowl and the corn was amazing! Literally downloading the app now!

The service was deplorable. The worker didn't even ask what bowl I wanted. She was rushing every step even dropped a scoop of hummus into a different dip. Other people came in after us and she took her time with them, it was visibly noticeable. Very disappointed. read more

Usually we like cava but we decided to order through the app and picked up our order through the car lane. When I got home I couldn't believe how little they put in the bowl. For $15 I should be getting a generous amount of food but it looked like the employees of cava were being cheap and I had half amount of food that I usually get. Very disappointed and not satisfied at all. read more

was in town visiting a friend and stopped in to try this place. Food was great, service was exceptional. They have steadily been going downhill. Tonight was the last straw. I won't be returning. Ordered a half and half bowl and I only got rice no greens. Paid extra for rite rice in my son's kids meal and it was watery. Paid extra for double meat balls... none. Paid extra for double falafel... none. No sauce or pita bread in our takeout order AND the sweet potatoes were burnt beyond recognition! Horrible experience! Would give it a 0 if I could. read more

I love Cava, but my recent experience was disappointing. I ordered a Harissa Avocado bowl without feta, but the server, a short, brown-haired girl , added the feta anyway. (On accident on her end) When I pointed it out, she remade the bowl but seemed irritated, handling the food aggressively throwing the food in my bowl. The meal tasted great, but the service left a bad impression. As a tired, hungry customer, I didn't appreciate the attitude over a simple request. Sadly, this experience makes me hesitant to return to this location. read more

Whew chile when i tell you TRASH! Had the crispy falafel and the falafel was dry and cold. The greek salad was an absolute disaster. They put hummus and tzatziki sauce which was so unnecessary and just made the salad .... pasty..... the pita chips were covers in flake salt and soaked in grease. Garbage. Wont be back read more

I was throughly disappointed on my first visit to the Metropolitan location in Charlotte. The staff was very cold and uninviting and my pita was soggy and wet by the time I walked to my car.
