I just had my first Cava Bowl and it was fantabulous!! I got the Stake + Harissa bowl with the creamy garlic sauce and absolutely devoured it. So slow, so unorganized, no management over seeing that things flow, no initiative from employees. One employee went checking for a dip and was gone for 10 minutes and everyone is just like oh yeah she is checking on it, but never came back. It took me 30 minutes to get my food. If I could give this a 0 I would, the place is a mess and the employees are lazy. I have gone there about three times and never again. The first two times I went the employees were just talking and walking around but at least I got my food. This last time I went I ordered pickup. I got home and when I opened it there wasn't even chicken on it. Usually cava is known for being clean and a nice environment, but the workers at this location changed it. Love cava, have experienced dozens of times in bigger cities. Unfortunately they have given zero priority to staffing and customer experience here, and everything has failed. I hate to be this person, but we were really disappointed with our Cava today. We just moved here from New York and Cava was our FAVORITE fast food spot for lunch and we were so excited that one opened up here. Unfortunately the food did not taste fresh, and the store was super dirty -- trashes overflowing, no napkins in the dispensers, only a couple drink flavors in stock... I ended up throwing away more than half my food. Really hoping this place can step it up so we can have our favorite lunch spot back!! read more

First time having Cava. It was delicious - very fresh. Of particular note I would say all the meats were great, especially the lamb. The roasted vegetables were great. The harissa vinaigrette was also really tasty and added some heat without adding too much heat. Special shout out to CJ. He guided us through the build your own bowl - which he says is the way to go once you have an idea of what you like. He took time and patience with us to go over his recommendations and needless to say they were spot on. CJ is an amazing server and if you get a chance to meet him you will see he is a treasure of this location. read more

I love CAVA but this new location is already in a dire situation. The food line is messy and proteins are not kept at acceptable temperatures. A staff member didn't know the names of the greens or toppings. A topping was mistakenly added to my bowl and he dug it out with his hand. A pretty disgusting experience overall. read more

We went to Cava on Savannah Hwy yesterday 1/29 at 5 pm there were no customers in the restaurant. After looking at the board we decided what we wanted walked up to the counter there were 4 people working in the restaurant no one acknowledged us so we said can we order they ignored us totally and kept on cooking. I told my husband they must be cooking food not to serve it because they totally acted like we didn't exist. I have never been treated like that in any establishment I am not going back there obviously they are not open to serve customers. read more

On January 1,2025 at 9:15pm-9:40pm the late night crew was inattentive and disrespectful.There was a particular employee(Black woman with distinctive tattoos) had a harsh attitude with fact that she had her underwear showing which is disgusting in a restaurant to show to customers. This location needs some improvement, along with staffing, attitude and management. I understand staffing is in issue but having an attitude with a customer that you basically run out of food/dressing shouldn't be a customer problem. Been to this location a few times and it's just not good. So many better similar options for the money. Was supposed to have chicken in my bowl but hardly any was in there. I get shrink-flation but this was ridiculous. They were also out of several other toppings so just out of luck. I'd give this sorry excuse for a Cava a 0 if I could. I've never had a pickup order ready on time. Waiting on line isn't much better because some of the options won't be available. No one wants to work. Just had an order be over 45 minutes late and after I waited for 30 minutes, no one would acknowledge me. When I asked for an update or when I could expect my food they said they were "too busy." I understand there are other orders and food to be made, but there was no need for the rude response. my experience was terrible. i went yesterday the line was backed up out of the door. there was only one staff working the front. multiple customers were waiting on their mobile orders. there was an employee in the back he was a big man, he was EXTREMELY disrespectful and just plain rude, he was standing in the back, not doing anything while everybody trying to get their orders, he was causing a scene yelling at employees and costumers. the place was dirty. the service was horrible. If I had the option, I would give this place zero stars, but that's not an option so I choose one. read more

First time here. I checked the website before hand and it said they had a "seasonal topping" when I asked what that was they rudely said they didn't have that. Website also said they had quinoa which I was told has never been on the menu. All of which would be fine except the employees were really rude about it.
