Went Saturday during lunch hour and was surprised by the customer service. They were quick and friendly! The options looked fresh and and the employees reminded me at each station what my options were. For example, it's unlimited toppings for the grains bowl, but kid pitas only get 2. This made the experience so smooth, I always worry that I will be charged for a ton of extras at the end or that I am not maximizing on what I can order. The kids enjoyed their pita meal and since this was meant as a quick "fast food" lunch, they were happy to get some fresh items on their plate. We will be back! read more

I'm not a frequent customer of Mediterranean fare, but have enjoyed it when I've had it. The food is very good and very filling. I got a bowl, and the ingredients were fresh and the server was not stingy. I debated docking a star for service (the server was a bit impatient with me being new to their establishment). But, I decided it wasn't fair to the other servers and the business as a whole. Definitely recommend, and will return. read more

Always a long line and the employees are really slow at making the food. You spend almost the same amount of time in line as you would getting food at a sit down restaurant. The food is decent in taste and definitely better then chipotle, but the employees are trained to make you have small portion sizes and will charge you more if you ask. read more

I'm leaving this review due to what happened yesterday when we placed an order online. I'm not speaking about the food, because the food is pretty good to me. However, I'm speaking about customer service and after seeing other reviews on here, it seems like I'm not the only one! We ordered two of the bowls last night and when my husband went to pick it up, he noticed that the bag was a bit lighter so when he checked inside there was only one of our two bowls. (Strike one). He went up to the counter and told the girl with dark hair --working 12/31 around 7:30pm-- that we were missing a bowl and she basically told him no everything should be on there so when he showed her the bag and the receipt she apparently realized 'ohhh your other order is actually over on the counter.' (Strike two.) Now that my husband was more skeptical, he asked her again to make sure everything in our order was fulfilled and she annoyingly told my husband 'everything should be on there.' When my husband checked more closely, he noticed that the chicken we ordered wasn't even on there! So he asked her to put the missing chicken on the bowl and so she did - as if she was doing him a favor. (Strike three). LASTLY, we ordered pita bread and that was missing too so my husband asked her again for it. Seeing the reviews on here makes me believe that this is a common occurrence. I won't be wasting my time and dime at this establishment. I would rather drive the 20 minutes down to the Domain's CAVA, where we never experienced subpar customer service. read more

Cava is amazing, but this location doesn't live up to its reputation. I've ordered delivery a few times and there's always something missing from my order, basic sides/add-ons like extra chicken or a dessert are always forgotten (but still charged). Additionally, the chicken here is weird. It has a ton of cartilage/fat, which is not the norm at other locations, such as the Domain. Lastly, service here tends to be pretty slow. I hope they improve because this location is 5 min away from my house, but given the lack of quality control and consistency, I will rather drive to the Domain. read more

My favorite quick lunch spot! Literally the best build-your-own bowl options that are so delicious and healthy, Mediterranean style food is always both! I always ask for greens and grains but 25% supergreens and 75% saffron rice, the harissa honey chicken is spicy but they can split your protein so you can do half spicy half regular grilled chicken. The freshest toppings and sauces complete your bowl and my favorite part is the creative in-house drinks! Lavender blueberry lemonade and the cucumber mint are my go-tos. I ordered at 11:15 am through Uber Eats. App said delivery was 35 minutes. When I checked in after 15 minutes to see the delivery status, the delivery time was moved to 1:40 pm. That's 2 hours and 30 minutes from order to delivery. That didn't work for me, so I cancelled the order. Now Cava has charged me for the food they didn't make or deliver. That business practice will not get you a lot of good reviews and you've lost a customer in me. read more

This has become a regular go to for me because the food is absolutely amazing. But I'm always disappointed with the inconsistent portion sizes. I feel they could be a little more generous with the portions,especially if you have takeout bowl of a certain size make sure you fill it up.
