Good Afternoon, On 9/28/2023, I decided to have lunch at Corporate location. I stood patiently along with two other customers. There were two young ladies (African American) behind the counter. The first young lady wearing glasses was being extremely rude to the customer ahead of me in regards to not giving the customer a bag for her order....The second young lady pretended to be too busy during this altercation to avoid helping and acknowledging the incoming customers, myself included. She was then asked to assist me, I began to read the order out to her (for a colleague) . She asked if she could see my phone to prepare the order . I explained to her that the hand writing isn't legible and I would rather read it to her( photo of hand written order). She walked off mid conversation stating, " I don't have time for that". While making hand gestures to the lady wearing glasses. The lady wearing glasses then came over to prepare my orders. Everything was fine until she stated that you all didn't have the Harissa vinaigrette for the Spicy chicken + avocado. I then asked did she know that before making the wrap. she said yes. I then stated, " I wish that was told to me before hand because that's the best part. so I will pass on the wrap but still get the bowl. " The other young lady proceeds to put my order in for payment. Before paying, I asked for a bag to place the order in because the order is for my colleague. She stated she could not give me a bag due to the general manager's policy. She then walked off as rude as she could speaking very loudly to the manager ( African American Male) and I quote, " I'm tired of these people with attitudes behind a bag." So now, the manager approaches me to explain the "policy" on giving bags. PLEASE NOTE: I eat here TWICE a week as a government employee as well as my colleagues. I explained that the order would have met the "TWO ORDER MIN" had I not declined the wrapped due to you all not having the vinaigrette. He stated he had just made a fresh batch and I could still get it... In which I did.. He goes to the back to finish the sauce, now we have another lady approaching(Caucasian) . She gives me a bag for my order. I explained to her that I eat here every single week and I have never been told I could not receive a bag for my order.. She checks me out and hands me the receipt. I gabbed the receipt and place it in the bag. .She then gets frustrated yelling while walking to the back " you didn't have to snatch the receipt. I stated I didn't try to. I then noticed the cup I was giving for the first order was filthy... I asked young lady #2 for a new cup, she snatched the old cup, placed it in the trash and refused to give a new one... which now means, that the "manager" (male) had to come back to give me a new cup. I asked if they were having a bad day because I've never had this problem. He stated the bag issue was the general managers policy... I explained to him that the major issue was how the situation was handled, not the bag. The customer service from EVERY woman on that shift had HORRIBLE attitudes with obnoxious behavior toward consumers. At minimum , I expect to be treated with respect and a positive attitude. Please be advised that the behavior was not only toward myself but other consumers as I was there to witness. I also, witnessed those same consumers walk out of your restaurant and dine -in next door at Qdoba. Please be advised that this behavior drives away valuable customers that spend their money at your restaurant, WEEKLY. In closing, myself as well as others would appreciate a happier experience when patronizing this establishment. read more

We ate at the Yes, I recommend CAVA. The Food is fresh, the service is quick, the restaurant is clean, the staff and management are friendly and the food is simply delicious. If you had to choose between another restaurant that serves bowels like Cava, you should always select Cava. I have a background in nutrition and nutritionally this food is a game changer. I am a vegetarian, so on my visits, I don't get the meat, but if you are a meat eater feel free to choose the meats that you like and desire. I will be a long-term CAVA customer-- these are my peeps! And, best of all, eating a CAVA bowl is like drinking a big glass of freshly juiced greens, cucumbers, onions, and more! Enjoy! read more

1st time at Cava, Corporate Blvd location in Baton Rouge. Michelle was SUPER helpful with my questions about prep methods (specifically the types of oil used to cook the meat). They let you sample items before ordering. I built my own bowl with spinach, Right rice, spicy lamb meatballs, grilled steak, traditional hummus, crazy feta, roasted eggplant dip, cabbage slaw, skhug and Greek vinaigrette dressings, and unsweetened iced tea. I love Cava, but I have to say Kenneth made Cava what it is for me. I first met him at the Highland location. It was my first time having Cava and he greeted me with enthusiasm and walked me through the ordering process step by step...you know that warm, happy feeling you get when someone loves their job? This specific Cava is absolutely amazing, food is always so good and fresh, customer service is beyond perfection everyone is so sweet and nice. Liz was super nice and she held a conversation perfectly. Her and her team made sure everything was correct and complete before leaving. Also super super clean in the restaurant. 10/10!!!! I finally had a chance to try this place because it usually has a line out the door. I was waited on by Nya and Elizabeth. Nya has superb customer service!! Both were pleasant and helpful.
