This probably wouldn't be a 5 in Texas, but I would still rather eat here if I was in Texas than wait in a 3 hour line. In the northeast, the brisket is probably the best I've had. Can't comment on sauces or sides since I only got 1lb of brisket and a half slab of ribs. I do like the ribs I smoke better, but I still think they are a 5 for the northeast. Check their google listing because as of July they are also open on Wednesday for the summer at least. I really expect very little from bbq up here and that brisket reminded me of some of my travels thru the Carolinas, Georgia and Texas.
