But, the brisket and corn bread were very good. The burnt ends were terrible. Like totally dried out. Like meat chalk to be honest. We didn't go back to say something because we were too far along at that point. So we didn't give them a chance to make it right. We brought some home for our sons to try and they both agreed with us that the burnt ends were beyond burnt. Maybe it was an off day
