They seemed like rather tasteless, old leftovers, and the noodles were not Thai noodles, i.e. a rice or cellophane noodle...just a broad noodle that one would have for in fettuccine. The carrots were the best tasting item but over cooked. The entire dish felt like a way to use up leftovers. Food must have eye appeal as well as tasting good. 'My husband fared better with a fried fish sandwich for $10.00 - made with sustainable Pollock. It smelled fishy to me, but he enjoyed it.
