The chips were both flour and corn. The flour chips were a nice change from the corn chips that every Mexican restaurant serves. I had brisket tacos, which were good, but not outstanding. I would have liked enjoyed some salsa with that to spice it up or something. Also, the way the brisket was chopped up made a mess when I was eating them--it would have been helpful had the brisket been cut into strips instead.
