It takes a special touch to get brisket just right and not over or under cooked. Usually people miss the mark one way or the other. But The minute I opened my to-go box, I knew this wouldn't be the same. You could literally see how juicy it was & The meat was so tender it was almost falling apart In Your Mouth. To say that it was perfection would be an understatement. And the Flavor? Sooooo delectable. Rich & Full Bodied. Just perfect. Holy smokes was that delicious ( No Pun Intended).
