I work from home and my computer is my source of income. Ken picked up my computer from my doorstep within 15 minutes of my call to him for help. He was able to repair my computer by cloning the hard drive. He installed the new, faster, hard drive and delivered it to me all in under 2 hours. He also completely cleaned (inside and out) my computer before returning it to me. To say that I recommend Ken and Modern Computer Solutions is an understatement. He saved my day, week, probably month's worth of income that I would have lost if I had to buy a new computer. With chip shortages and skyrocketing inflation, it would probably have cost a fortune to replace it. Instead, I paid a lot less than what I would have been charged elsewhere (like those big-box computer stores). I was so happy with the service and price that I added a 25% tip and it was still worth every penny! After market battery might work but no guarantees due to mismatching imbedded Apple hardware and software with a third party battery. While everyone at Micro Center was polite, I would have preferred to have saved time, $50, and consideration of vacillating recommendations.
