In town visiting from Los Angeles and needed to find a place to fix my iPhone 6 screen. I dropped it a few times and it needed attention. Naturally I went to Yelp and came across this place. The reviews and the price intrigued me to go check them out. I visited the downtown location. Very nice clean establishment. The gentlemen who helped me, I believe his name was Mariano( I think) was very helpful and knowledgable. He fixed my screen and took the time to explain why my previous screen did not fit like it should have fit. He did not rush, he took his time and made sure the customer left satisfied. It was very random that I went here... stopped at shop across the street when I noticed this repair shop. I gave them a call & asked how much to repair my cracked screen - sounded like a good deal - dropped off my phone & an hour later - it was done! Great price (less than most Groupon type deals) & owner was super knowledgable. Says they are opening up a shop down in the D. Just shattered my cell phone screen and am so happy I found this place. They were able to help me right away. They were professional, friendly and much more affordable than most places. I saved a good $50 over what I would have to pay in Oakland County. They fixed my phone while I waited. No need to drop it off and come back. This store has the worst service ever. In the 30 minutes I spent speaking with the staff, only one other customer came in and now I understand why. In addition, the staff is incredibly rude. It took me forever to find out how the did b8usiness. Also, they were very reluctant to tell me the name of the owner and whether or not he had other businesses in Michigan. The employee JOSEPH was the rudest man I've ever met. When I questioned the disclaimer that says that the company is not liable for additional damage they incur, he told me and I quote '' we don't want to work with you anyways''. They clearly needed my business. In addition, I've been to many cell repair shops and have never seen technicians taking apart phones in front of the shop. The professionalism is baffling here. One technician continued to ask me personal questions about myself. This isn't a dating service its a cell repair shop. Needless to say, if they need to know personal information about you who knows what they'll look up in your phone. You get what you pay for and that's not much there. Maybe if the boss/owner was there more as suggested by one of the employees they would b8etter understand how to conduct b8usiness. There is no shortage of repair shops in Michigan go literally anywhere else. If you at all care about your cell phone. Go somewhere else. I heard that UbreakIfix in Southfield has great service for repairing phones. Its a couple bucks more and they have several stores nationwide. In addition, they have a 6 month warranty. I was a skeptical. They had so many appointments, I could only schedule mine later than I originally planned. My appointment was the day after substantial snow storm. I had hard time finding this place and there is only street parking and very limited. However, I realized how much I appreciated them making the appointment instead of me having to go there and wait. The guys could not have been more courteous! I do not encounter such manners and goodwill often these days. Basically, cannot say enough about this place! The place itself if pretty bare, but there is no need for flashy displays. The do excellent job, at excellent prices and with an amazing attitude. I could not have had better service! Stay away!!!! I broke my screen on my phone over the weekend & had my girlfriend find a place to get it fixed. She chose this place cause they told her I could pay for over night shipping & get my phone back the next day. I went to pick my phone up 2 days later & got my 1st run around. He was very nice about it & told me he could get it repaired for free but it was going to take 2 more days. He even gave me a "loner phone". This phone was pointless, I couldn't use the internet or text or do anything but drop calls. So I go back 2 days later & it still wasn't ready. He wouldn't give me my phone or my money back, said his manager had the keys & the money. He made excuse after excuse for 12 days. Even went as far as giving me false tracking #s. I finally told him I was I was going to the police station. A few minutes later a woman called me back & told me I could come pick up my phone & my money. When I finally got my phone back I dropped it off at a Sprint store & picked it back up 2 hours later. Don't waste your time with this guy!!! read more

BUYER BEWARE! We took our cell phone to get the screen fixed because we saw the advertisement on Groupon. What was supposed to be a simple screen repair, turned out to be 2 weeks of excuses and a non functional phone. When confronted with the fact that the phone no longer worked after he had fixed it, I got nothing except that they were only responsible for the cracked screen which they replaced and they had nothing to do with the phone not working. I feel extremely disappointed and I URGE ANYONE THINKING OF GETTING YOUR PHONE REPAIRED HERE PLEASE THINK TWICE! read more

I cannot say enough great things about this place. I purchased a Groupon for Cell Phone Repair Center, to get my son's iPad screen fixed. They fixed my son's iPad screen and it looked great and worked good right away, however, about 5 weeks later it started acting up. They provide a 30 day warranty after they fix the screen and I thought for sure when I reached out to them they wouldn't be able to help me. The gentleman (I believe his name is Rob) that answered the phone and helped me thru the whole process was outstanding. He promised he would make sure it was fixed.
