I called because the pills looked funny, they assured me it was fine. I pressed that I have a peanut allergy and they called me back later to say, sorry, they did give me the peanut version because they misunderstood the prescription from my doctor. I had to go back and exchange it--so glad I didn't take it! Since then I've had several experiences where they say my prescription will be ready the next day and it isn't actually ready when I come to pick it up several days later. I don't understand how this place stays in business, and I feel very anxious about all the medicine I get from them if they're this disorganized. Looking for another compounding pharmacy even if I have to go farther away for it.

My recent experience was unprofessional, rude, and completely unacceptable. What upset me the most was having my medication read aloud in front of other customers while I was waiting in line. I believe my personal medical information should be handled with privacy and discretion, not announced where other people can hear it. This raised serious concerns for me about the pharmacy's respect for patient confidentiality and possible HIPAA violations. The way the situation was handled showed a lack of professionalism, courtesy, and respect for customers. Patients deserve to feel comfortable and confident that their personal information will be kept private when dealing with their pharmacy. Unfortunately, this experience has completely changed my opinion of this pharmacy. I expect better service, respect, and confidentiality from a business responsible for handling people's medications and sensitive medical information. I will be taking my business elsewhere. I hope management takes these concerns seriously and makes the necessary changes, because customers deserve far better than this. To make matters worse, when I came in during the evening to request a refill of my medication, the staff were playing TikTok videos loudly while I was trying to get service. Their attitude and behavior made me feel as though I was intruding on their personal time simply by walking in and asking for assistance. This little pharmacy is great.
