I wasn't gonna correct her. I looked at her manager, who just kind of shrugged me like shut up bitch you walked in. You consented to this. I found out later. Her name was Paul Blart like a mall cop, but she kept winking at me all weird. Like there was something in her eye, and she also picked my pocket and made me buy Oreos that I didn't want. About an hour later by the time, the Greek restaurant next-door had cleared out enough from the lunch rush they finally let me leave after threatening to call the cops like eight times and never doing it cause I kept stealing their phone... the third manager, which they swore nobody else worked there but suddenly there was a guy that look like a cop but also a woman name what they call her baby daddy. It was a really fun experience and I definitely recommend. I'll go in there. If you're looking for clothes cause the girls do you know what they're doing and they kept me amused and trust me. At the check-out with various other items I was told that the item was 24.99. This was not the price clearly listed on the tag. I explained this and had the manager look at the tag, the manger (Rhonda) stated that they "should" have put a 4 in the price and refused to honor the ticket price shown. She laughed at me when I said I would like to take a picture of the tag to attach to my email that was being sent to corporate! My wife came in with dress and child for alterations but they said they only had a seamstress on…read moreFriday and Saturday nights from 6-9, which is odd in and of itself. So my wife made an appt with the clerk for 6 pm on Saturday. We showed up and not only did they not have an appt for us, they said their seamstress doesn't even come on til 7:30. We weren't going to wait 90 min to see if we could possibly be seen. The clerk had no idea what was going on, never offered to speak to a manager, and never offered any concessions or discount on the anticipated service. Their attitude indicated that they clearly had sufficient business that they did not need to concern themselves with us or our time. This was a horrible experience with non-existent customer care or support. We will not be using them in the future. If you desire alterations, make sure you confirm at least 2-3 times and get something in writing as it appears they take nothing less than that as proof of an appt.
