But I had to use the restroom and they told me they did not have one for customers. It's quite a large store so you could spend quite a long time in there looking for some gems. To not have a restroom for the public with such a large store is unacceptable. The manager told me they used to have one before Covid, but it never got fixed. Covid was four years ago, and I believe if the store, and any store like it, cares about their customers, would keep them comfortable so they could shop and spend their hard earned money there. But sadly, this was not Vera accessories in Huebner Oaks. It makes you wonder what else they're not being honorable about. Very sad. And unfortunate.

They did. And when we arrived, we found the store to be clean and organized, and they already had the item we needed waiting for us behind the counter. We also considered renting a wheelchaor or walker for Dad while we were there. They had monthly and daily rental options with reasonable prices and a large selection. Before selling you need to sign up through their system and create an account which is super easy. I came on a weekday so they weren't too busy and after 30min they gave me my offer. They seemed to be a more trendy type of shop and a lot of my clothes was a little more formal for their style so they didn't buy a lot from what I brought (I think they are more tailored to GenZ just FYI). I did browse through their store a little bit but frankly their clothes was not my style and they did not have a lot of XS or small petite clothing. One thing do worth noting is that they have a huge selection for guys, and saw some pretty cool vintage stuff for men.

A HUGE variety of offerings in scrubs, scrub caps, shoes and all things medical uniform; even the little buttons and pins by the register. The one thing I thought was lacking in their stock was the white coat selection. But they can order items you pick out from their catalog. Same is true if you want a different color or hard to find size. A little pricey but not extravagantly so. And a lot more affordable if you use the 30% discount to UT Health team members. Only better prices I've seen are if you buy the Grays Anatomy scrubs from Costco online (started July 2024). We ended up buying 3-4 pairs of scrubs (in different colors) and a white coat. Most items were in stock but we had to order 2 scrub tops and wait for free delivery. Items came in 1 week later and were as expected. A positive experience overall. And thanks to the lovely ladies working there who helped us out.
