Not once did I get approached or asked if I needed help. I looked around, got what I was *kinda* looking for & headed to the dressing room. I pulled on the bigger dressing room (number 1) and across the store I got told "number 4" , I looked back to see what this older lady was telling me, she repeated herself "number 4". I was the only customer in that store for the 30 20 mins I was here and she made me feel like I was being the biggest inconvenience. Couldn't even offer me the bigger dressing room or respond to the customer in a full complete sentence. Which made me uncomfortable. These normal sized dressing rooms are SO tiny. I felt claustrophobic. I left the clothes on the rack and walked out. I will not be coming back. Not with that kind of customer service.

I realize thrift stores rely on donations, but several items we picked up were marked boutique but appeared more than lightly worn. Many of the clothing items were heavily worn and not in good repair. A necklace behind the counter was missing more than a few gems. The store is organized by categories but the lighting is awful, and makes it seem dirty even if it isn't, and there are dead ends/blocked aisles that require you to turn around and go the other way. Staff seemed friendly enough. I interacted 3 times with a young male teen and he seemed pretty low key minimal interaction but by the 3rd chat we hit it off to to speak. He's probably just slow to warm up. I did try on a few clothing items that I purchased. My friend also found something. But I don't think we will add this to our list of shops to frequent.

What I love most is the daily deals. The employees are always super helpful. They also have an area referenced as their "Boutique" items which are higher end items that are a little more pricey but again very good finds at a fraction of the retail price and in very good condition.

Before selling you need to sign up through their system and create an account which is super easy. I came on a weekday so they weren't too busy and after 30min they gave me my offer. They seemed to be a more trendy type of shop and a lot of my clothes was a little more formal for their style so they didn't buy a lot from what I brought (I think they are more tailored to GenZ just FYI). I did browse through their store a little bit but frankly their clothes was not my style and they did not have a lot of XS or small petite clothing. One thing do worth noting is that they have a huge selection for guys, and saw some pretty cool vintage stuff for men.

At the check-out with various other items I was told that the item was 24.99. This was not the price clearly listed on the tag. I explained this and had the manager look at the tag, the manger (Rhonda) stated that they "should" have put a 4 in the price and refused to honor the ticket price shown. She laughed at me when I said I would like to take a picture of the tag to attach to my email that was being sent to corporate! I will never shop here again, and I strongly advise caution if you decide to purchase anything here! Very unprofessional.

So my wife made an appt with the clerk for 6 pm on Saturday. We showed up and not only did they not have an appt for us, they said their seamstress doesn't even come on til 7:30. We weren't going to wait 90 min to see if we could possibly be seen. The clerk had no idea what was going on, never offered to speak to a manager, and never offered any concessions or discount on the anticipated service. Their attitude indicated that they clearly had sufficient business that they did not need to concern themselves with us or our time. This was a horrible experience with non-existent customer care or support. We will not be using them in the future. If you desire alterations, make sure you confirm at least 2-3 times and get something in writing as it appears they take nothing less than that as proof of an appt.

However, their jewelry was less expensive with bracelets and necklaces ranging from $15 to $30. They had a lot of cocktails rings and larger, fashion pieces.
