I just had my son's first birthday party here. I am beyond disappointed. Let me start by saying, that the play area is actually kind of cool, children of all ages would enjoy the facilities. And the lone party coordinator we had busted his butt for us the entire time (thank you Tony). Even with that being said I would still give this place 1 star. You walk in to this very unorganized tight space with unsecured 'cubbies' for your belongings. Shoes, coats, bags. All thrown into a tiny cubby. It was snowy outside so all of that snow gets carried in to the entryway. You have to take your shoes off to enter the gym which is understandable but when the entrance is wet is makes for a horrible combination. The gym was very very crowded which was expected for a Sunday in January but there were probably only 6-7 kids working there. And I say kids because I believe the oldest employee was maybe 20, not even. The gym is so crammed I'm shocked that this isn't some sort of fire hazard. A manager told me there's no way they can control the amount of walk ins so they have no idea how many kids/adults are even packed into the place. The gym area seemed as clean as it could possibly be with hundreds of people packed in there but the bathrooms were gross, two stalls had no toilet paper and the bin for diapers was overflowing onto the floor with dirty diapers. Mind you, I walked in just after an employee had finished 'cleaning' the place. I understand my party was large but we had 46 guests and only one 'party planner'. That's ONE single person to greet you, show you were to put bags, presents, shoes etc, to arrange the chairs, and tables, decorate the room, pass out pizza, drinks, ice cream and cake. When I say greet you, I mean you have to wait until someone is free then they go get your planner, finally they greet only the host, no one explains to your guests where to put things or how any of it works when they walk in. You have to track someone down and even then they have no clue. Some of our gifts were put elsewhere. You are only allowed 40 minutes in the party room. Needless to say I had to put my guests to work and worked most of the time I was there as well. Which would be fine if I didn't just pay an arm and a leg to have other people do this for me. Which is another complaint I have. The price. I thought it would be worth it from how the party is described online but you absolutely do NOT get what you pay for. It's expensive and we still brought extra drinks and decorations and paid extra for our adult guests to be able to eat. So the absurd price does not include enough for your guests to eat and drink. 2 slices per child and one small Capri Sun for the children who have been running around for a half an hour. No extra water. The party room is tiny and unorganized. A weird shape and freezing cold. Some guests went and got their coats to wear while they ate their mediocre pizza that I paid extra for. They also have a small speaker in the room but no volume control so you can't hear anything. Useless. I accidentally left without paying the remainder of my bill because of the mayhem at the front desk. I realized later that night and by then had some calls from the place. Finally I tried paying the absurd amount the next day but could not get an actual person to answer so I left a couple messages. I eventually was able to pay and spoke to a supervisor to try and explain my dismay and her solution was to blame the coordinator?! I told her he was the only positive part of my experience but I'm pretty sure she could care less. I might recommend this place if you come in for an hour with one child or so but I would caution all patrons from having any size party at this establishment until they find better management. It is complete and utter chaos. Honestly I could go on and on about the cons of this place. So please save your money and go someplace anyplace else for cheaper. read more

Ok so the place is awesome for little kids. They have sections for babies and toddlers and sections with swings and slides for older kids. Food is whatever but so is in the others indoor playgrounds ‍. The only reason why I'm taking a whole star is becase I believe there should be someone at the door at ALL times checking who's in and who's out. Great facility for birthday party for 1+ old kids especially if you're inviting kids of various ages. The process of scheduling was flawless. Once the kids went in they were off. Love the bright atmosphere. The laser bubble dance party was a lot of fun for the kids. The party coordinator Genesis was very helpful will the dance party and party room. The party room was clean and very nicely decorated. The canons are broken and some of the infant area stuff doesn't work automatically. But don't know why people are rating this place badly. There were so many slides and other rides, the kids were not bored for a second. Our 5 yo bday girl and brother 20 month had a blast. The best part is they let you stay there after the party is over. Really great experience, helpful and well coordinated staff, excellent atmosphere and not very overcrowded although packed, and a place that lets you enjoy the time versus worrying about managing the guests. Do not allow the negative reviews to deter you from visiting this place with your toddler. I'm sure if you go on the weekends, it will be bananas!!! If you do not want to deal with the craziness that comes on the weekend, do like me and visit Mon-Fri. I went on a Friday around 1:30pm and it was great! Place is clean, bathrooms are nice. Will not comment on food, as I ate before I visited Catch Air. My baby had a great time exploring all the different activities. They have music, a light show, a bubble show. I only gave it 4 stars because of the age range. A 10 year old may be too big to play alongside the younger kiddies. Perhaps you should implement schedule times, for example, babies-3 years old, 4-7 years old and 8-10 years old. I will definitely be visiting again! read more

This place used to be so good it's unfortunate that some of the stuff is breaking and it's broken today. What was really unpleasant was the fact that this is a child care facility and that there is no child safety protection on the electrical outlets. You have a wide variety of children of all ages yet there's no protection for them what was also upsetting was the fact that there was food in empty garbage everywhere of where are you were not supposed to be eating nor was it supposed to be in the facility at all. I hate to write a bad review but this place needs a good clean up. I also don't like that I was overcharged last time I came and also for the fact that my wife had to sign a secondary waiver which she had already signed through the phone number that we had the first time months and months ago. Took my child on a rainy weekday morning right at 10 am and we were able to enjoy the large space with little crowding until about 11:30 am. Once it picks up and the area becomes crowded with kids and parents, it can be difficult to track your child through the extensive climbing apparatus and it begins to feel overwhelming. But it's heartening to know there is only one exit and the staff checked our stamps before allowing us out together. It's a great facility with a ton of activities to entertain preschool-aged children. And it's a very physical space - kids do a lot of climbing, jumping, and running. Just what I needed to wear my kid out. Make sure you have socks. Go right when it opens. read more

Okay here's the deal I see so many one star reviews and they are in a way deserved but it's a cute place to visit DURING THE WEEK. On weekends it is a mad house I wouldn't recommend visiting here during the weekends there are too many parties and other people. The staff...they are teenagers I don't know what people expect from teens but yeah you can't expect much, that is more the owners fault than the teens. During the week and early it's pretty calm, and I actually love the black out dance party and they DO warn you when it's announced on the loud speaker. Took my son for the first time to catch air and he loved it. It's amazing for kids, it's fun and a lot of activities that won't get them bored. Price is average. The only thing is that finding the place was alittle hard. It's located in the lower level of shoprite, took me some time to find it due to no signs of it. But overall I loved it and my son had an awesome time. Definitely will be bringing him more often. read more

Had my daughter's 2nd birthday here. When it gets cold this place gets super packed. Crazy kids and distant parents. There will children coming into my dance party, walking into my party room. Also the entrance in chaos !!!!! Other than that, the place is perfect for a toddler. She absolutely enjoyed herself, just enough space and perfect environment for a toddler. Our party host Ryan was great. Although it was an expensive birthday party it was very fitting for her age. She had an elmo themed party& apart of her party package included the elmo mascot. We used to love this place. I went last week and much of the video equipment was broken. Ok, not ideal, but fine. I was horrified when I realized the exit gate (which is supposed to be locked so staff can check your stamped arm before you leave to prevent kidnapping) was actually not latching. I left temporarily with my son and they did not check me. I watched several other women take their children out, right through the unlocked gait (sometimes staff members were present up front and sometimes they were not), without being approached by staff. On the way out, it was still not locked, so I called a staff member over to point this out and she said apathetically, "no it locks, see?" And she pulled it hard and it latched. Then she watched me and my son leave without checking our stamps. This was really upsetting because I THOUGHT it was a secure space, and it is not. Before posting this, I emailed the company through their website to raise my concerns privaa, but since I have not heard back from them, I am assuming they do not care about our children's safety. 2/11-Update: the cooperate office sent me a very detailed email that said they are working on the a above issues. If it wasn't for Covid, I'd give 5 stars. This place is awesome for young kids. My son had an absolute blast!! It's such a great find. However, these aren't normal times. Despite needing reservations, it felt crowded and was impossible to be 5 feet from others on the equipment. My main issue was masks were not being enforced. Let me preface this by saying the kids had an amazing time. The play area was fantastic. However... The place is seriously understaffed. I saw maybe six or seven employees the entire four and a half hours we were there. This includes check-in staff, birthday party "coordinators," and cleaning crew to handle "accidents." And two managers. There were tons of people - the place was really crowded. And that's all they had for staff. We were there for my niece and nephew's birthday party. There were nearly 70 people for the party, crammed into a poorly laid out room - probably a third of the room was benched off and unusable. Again, poorly staffed. There was one teenage boy coordinating the entire birthday party. My sister-in-law had to do so much of it herself - she was serving and bussing and trying to track down someone to help the one kid. She didn't get to stop and enjoy her party at all - she was there and paid them (a lot of money) so that they would handle that stuff. And instead, she was doing it. It was so poorly organized. The cake came out about ten minutes before we needed to be out of the room. She was finally able to get one more person to help serve. Cake was passed out. But wait - there is ice cream! At four minutes before we were supposed to be out of the room, the ice cream came. It was suggested that the room full of three and four year olds take it with them (back to the play area?) and then one of the managers came in screaming to leave. Why take a party that size if you're not going to staff it appropriately and then going to be rude? But - the real kicker came when we left. It seems presents got shuffled (they take them from you at check-in). Our birthday celebrators ended up with some other kid's gifts, while many of their gifts never made into the room and thus, didn't make it home. When my sister-in-law returned the gifts for the other kid the next day, several of their gifts were sitting there. No phone call. No explanation. No apology. One manager pointedly avoided our group - never once checking in. I see from other reviews online that we're not the only ones to have a less than impressive experience with Sonny (the blonde manager). Again - the kids had a great time with the play area. So for that - spending a rainy afternoon running around - this place is great. But until they can get their staffing and hospitality situation under control, avoid them for parties. read more

I am so surprised by the bad reviews and was hesitant going on the weekend but incredibly glad that I did! I was able to participate in about 90% of the activities and my toddler had a blast. There were so many things to explore and do. We especially enjoyed the ball pit where there was a computer game on the screen that the kids could throw the balls directly at, it was very interactive. Also, a lot of fun to be had jumping into the pit over and over again. I enjoyed the slides and going up through the tunnel mazes especially when the lights were turned off. The place was clean, staff was pleasant and the music playing was lots of fun. It's a little on the pricey side, but it's not a place I would go every week. This place is super cool. Not to big not to small. It has loads of activities for younger kids. I would not recommend older kids above 8. My 4 year old loved it. I will say that it did not get 5 stars for a couple reasons... they charge for parents and it's not like Billy Beez where you can also go on mostly everything. There are limits to what parents can use and for a smaller place I don't think it makes sense. The maze is cramped and children of all ages are running into each other. And the parties are not sectioned off so if you have a party there you are out on the floor with people coming for a few hours. It's difficult to keep track of your kids. This place is terrible. The front desk was so rude and didn't care about anything. They charge adults 10 per person to supervise your children. I was there for 10 mins waiting for my husband coming to take over the babysitting duty and they still asked me to pay for full price for two adults. And it's very crowded. They make you take off your shoes inside which includes the bathroom. The bathroom had tissues and water all over the floor and it was so disgusting to walk on the barefoot. The playground is not bad. But the service and management was beyond terrible. This was our first time and absolutely last time to step our foot in that door. read more

This place is really fun and my child loved it. However, The staff was so bad that it could've been out of a movie. There were no kids here today. We were one of maybe three. I walked in and all three staff members including the manager had such a bad attitude, no smile on their face, could not help me easily with the waiver, and made my job so much harder than it needed to be. My kids had a blast playing here with their grandma for a couple of hours but when We their parents came to pick them up after work 20 minutes before closing the staff wouldn't let us in without paying for admission. Loved it!! It's a very fun place to run, jump, play and explore in a clean , safe environment - good atmosphere . My 4 year old son loved everything about it , the only reason I gave it 4 instead of 5 stars is because they don't allow outside food or drinks and their selection of food/ beverage is limited and way overpriced. That won't stop us from going back though , we'll just make sure we eat before we go and have snacks/ drinks for on the way home. Check it out, your kids will love it !! read more

Went there for the first time today. The space and activities are good however, there is literally ZERO supervision from staff. I have never been to a place where no one from the staff was around to make sure the kids are following the rules. They were all by the entrance area the entire time. There were kids literally climbing to the top of the spinning blow up thing and to me that looked extremely dangerous. No one was around to stop them. Welp not my kids not my problem but someone can get seriously hurt. Also adults should not be charged an entrance fee. No other kids Place does that. I just had my daughter's birthday party here. Everyone enjoyed and it's a dream place for all kids. Staffs were very nice and accommodating. BUT on a Saterday, the place was jammed packed and too many kids!! Its really a chaotic. Also, its so great to have a bubble dance party at the stage, but there's so many mixed crowed who are NOT belong to the party... I know we cannot control the kids, but there are MOMS on the stage trying to take a photo of the character....come on... MOMS and DADS, GET OFF THE STAGE!!! they do not belong to my party and my poor little girl was pushed around so many people, so decided to get off the stage... I think they should put a fence and control who's belong and who's not belong to the party... also when we tried to take a group photo with the character, so many kids who does not belong to party wanted to take picture together... come on parents.. take care of your kids..... also, we had too many gifts and they did not fit into our cart, we lost 2 gifts. i think they were left with someone else's cart... Great, fun place for toddlers. My twin girls had a blast. Went on a weekday & it was crowded but it was also during winter break. Cons: Needs more seating to eat. I ordered pizza from a local place they have a contract with & had to wait 15min for a seat after the pie arrived. Not cool. Also didn't like that we couldn't order anything else but pizza. Doesn't make any sense when dietary restrictions (gluten free) are so common. Would've appreciated more options. read more

After reading some reviews, I was skeptical of bringing my 3 year old niece. However, I AM SO GLAD I DID NOT LISTEN TO THE NEGATIVE REVIEWS! This is by far the best indoor place I've been to with her, and I've been to them all. Yes, it's pricey and adults have to pay. But it's worth every penny. The adults saying "why should I pay when I'm not even going in the playground" are probably the parents that just send their kids off, sit on their phones the whole time and don't play with their children. I was in the playground, crawling around with her, going down the sliders with her and even in the ball pit with her. Of course there are mechanical rides I couldn't go on but that's because any human over 100 pounds would break it. So I'll pay the $5 to actually have a good time with my niece and not just sit there and watch. Another plus, you pay for all day! You can leave and re-enter ALL DAY as many times as you want. We played for a few hours, left to go get lunch at Houlihans and then came back and played some more. No other indoor playground does that! Billy Beez cuts your wrist band right off and you have to pay again to re-enter. The facility was super clean and spotless. It looked almost brand new. It's colorful, spacious and has so many activities to play. We both loved every single second of it. We'll definitely be going back !! read more

Took my twin girls here yesterday and they are a few months shy of 2 years old. The setup of the place looks small but it's pretty big and the process for checking in and paying is organized. Wasn't too crowded on a rainy weekend and everything was very clean. Lots for little ones to do. My toddler has been coming here since she was 1 and she loves it every time. As far as a fun indoor activity place it is nice. I'm not a fan that a parent needs to pay the full amount as a child when we aren't going there to pay. We've been to other places where there's either no adult fee and at least half off. I would love to see in this place a "family style" bathroom. My husband recently took our daughter and she had to go to the men's room. Not a fan of that. Also, not sure how often they do a thorough cleaning there. As I can imagine it maybe be difficult to get everything clean. There has been the same big dust ball, tissue and candy on one of the corners at the upper play area. And the bathrooms aren't that clean either. Hoping to give this location a 5 star soon read more

I decided to take my son to catch air Paramus on Sunday, and when I was going down the stairs sliders' I slipped and felt breaking my wrist. I had to go under surgery to put a plate and a couple screws. It was bad what happened but could be with any child because there was no one watching or advising of the risks. This place has a really nice set up and great things to do for kids 1+, but it is so dirty. My baby's white socks were black and dirtied within minutes of walking around. Also, since kids/adults are mostly eating pizza and no other kind of food, there was grease just all over the place, most noticeably on the dance floor. You also cannot bring your own food for your baby (and again, they don't serve anything other than pizza...), and if you do bring food and need to feed them you need to do it in the lobby near the shoes and stuff. Also, there are no high chairs. All in all, I wish I could go back but I fear the grime and gunk. read more
