My concerns and issues were often dismissed during my follow-up appointments; many times, the doctor just left the room. After seeking second opinions, I was advised that I need surgery to address these functional issues, only then he advised that another surgery may be needed to fix his work. I received vague answers when I asked what had been done during my surgery. I ultimately had to review my operative report to understand what was done. Spiegel your patients deserve better.
