Technician was so patient, funny and kind. Results were easily accessed by several foot specialists. They're the best around.

This is the worst medical facility I have ever been to. First the scheduling person told me that I…read morewould need to fast from all liquids for six hours prior to the MRI. This was not true. I found out as soon as I can got there that I could have drunk water the entire day; I was only to fast from food. Going 6 hours for a person who takes several dehydrating medications was bad & it hurt the MRI procedure because I was so dehydrated the nurse couldn't find a vein to give me contrasting dye. She ended up poking me multiple times, giving me several bruises & finally decided to do the MRI, without contrast first & decided to do the second one, with contrasting, later. When she tried injecting me with the solution, she again poked me several times until she finally found a vein but not without both arms bruised, swollen & leaving me in pain. The MRI itself was the worst I have ever had (& I've had several due to severe back issues). They couldn't hear me screaming out to lower the volume because the headphones thundering in my ear, playing beating drugs, while someone to breath in & out for what was close to an hour & 1/2 (& they told me the entire process should only take 30 minutes. I left dehydrated, with a migraine headache, & looking like a junkie. If the process weren't bad enough, the radiologist's results were totally bogus. His report said I clearly had a 7 mm cyst, tumor, or stone on my ampulla (connecting the bile ducts to the pancreas) so it was necessary for me to have a very expensive procedure where they found absolutely nothing! There was NO 7mm anywhere on my ampulla. So this radiologist was totally incompetent. It was an uncomfortable & unnecessary procedure. I was talked into using this place by my insurance company, who claimed it would save me 500.00 but ended up costing 10 times that! I will never take their bad advice again! Go anywhere else to have your MRI! This was one of my worst medical decisions & experiences.

I am absolutely appalled by how my elderly grandmother with Alzheimer's was treated at this…read morefacility. What should have been a routine MRI appointment became a frightening and unacceptable experience. My grandmother was locked alone in a hallway area and the only receptionist on staff then decided to go for lunch, leaving no one available to monitor patients. My mother went and found my grandmother in the hallway alone missing an article of clothing. When we attempted to address this and asked to speak with a supervisor, the receptionist was beyond rude to my grandmother, refused to give us her name, and would not allow us to escalate the issue. It was clear she knew her behavior was disturbing and completely unprofessional. This facility is UNFIT to handle elderly or cognitively impaired patients. What if my mother had fallen and broken a hip while locked away and unattended? Thank God I was able to get back to her when I did. I have escalated this incident to customer service and the Board of Health. Families deserve to know how vulnerable patients are treated here.

I was at the ER on July 14, 2023 because I cracked my head and needed 7 staples. As other reviews…read morehave stated, it was a long wait to be seen. I arrived at about 245pm and was discharged at 720pm (when I left, the waiting room was more than double than when I arrived). That being said, my experience is that hospitals range from 2-12 hours wait, so although I felt like I was in crisis, I was sitting near the check in desk and the people they triaged before me FOR SURE were in more of a crisis that I was. Everyone was very nice to me. The check in person, the triage nurse, the RN who gave me my tetanus shot, and the doctor who treated me were all very nice and attentive (even when I was in the waiting room, when I needed more gauze or ice, they were very quick to give it to me). Maybe when I get my bill I will have something bad to say, but I thought I was treated well at this hospital.

X-rays taken they claimed no break of right elbow - gave me 2 Tylenol and told me I could leave - did not show me where to get out of there - ended getting lost finally person who took payment walked me out to my waiting ride. Had no sling or anything to stablize the arm. Days later went to PCP who did another x-ray and guess what. The elbow was broken. Due to time between leaving that hospital broken bone had shifted requiring surgery which I now have plates in place to correct the break that they dropped the ball on
