Went back this morning and was told they are broken and would need to go back to the lab for service. I pointed out that it appears that the problem is a missing screw but if the problem is more involved why can't they just order me a new earpiece. The doctor never came out to explain to me why this was not doable and I told them that I can't be without my glasses. Unacceptable service! Update, with the aid of a magnifying visor I was able to repair the problem in about 1 minute. Dr. Hairston should have at least looked at the glasses that he sold me!

This optical shop is very clean, but it does not have a variety of selection of frames to choose…read morefrom. On top of that, there are couple of major issues with this shop. 1. The shop gives out glasses that do not match the prescription. I don't know whether the Dr. made a mistake writing the prescription, but it happened twice recently; two glasses that we got turned out to be showing blurry vision. We are just baffled why this would happen twice. 2. The delivery of the glasses are not always within the reasonable time. Sometimes, it would get delivered after two months waiting after two calls were made, and no sound explanation why it was delayed mentioned. If you have a good spare glasses, it may not be a problem. But if that is not the case, the customer would have a hellava time. 3. The 3rd major issue with this shop is that after initial services has been rendered getting the glasses, there seems to be no followup procedures. In other words, customer services is poor. This shop seems to be much interested in earning the money, but customer services does not seem to be the part of it. The folks there seems to be reluctant to give customer services because it does not generate money. When we called in for the glasses that does not see well, the person was not happy acting as if there is something wrong with my calling. I wish that they handle the complains better, because it's health related.

She had to wait 2 hours on a scheduled appointment, doctor initial prescription did not work so she had to had another appointment to correct the problem. Even after second appointment she did not get a prescription! At the same time she was asked to pay for all appointments "since doctor spent time on her"! Well, maybe, but we need results from doctor, not merely time with a doctor. We had to go to another doctor and got the prescription in 30 min on the first visit, and lenses fitted just fine. We asked for a refund, and doctor refused! Only with the help of credit card company and several letters we were able to recover our money. Do yourself a favor, skip this doctor.
