I had floaters and flashes, then trichiasis (an ingrown eyelash) and currently I'm being treated for an eye abrasion. Every doctor who I have seen (no pun intended!) has been personable and professional. I have never felt rushed when I am in the examination room. The doctors take the time to make sure that you understand what's going on with your eye(s). In addition to Dr. Ginsberg, I've been treated by Dr. Hahn, Dr. Zodikoff and Dr. Golebiowski. They are all exceptional eye doctors. I'd like to add that the desk staff and the medical assistants who do the eye examinations and put drops in your eyes are kind and friendly and welcome you with a smile. He was determined to find a lens that would work for me, and his extensive knowledge and expertise of contact lenses allowed him to do so. Most doctors would have given up, but not Dr. H! The wrong pair was ordered (though i said i wanted the sample they provided which i was told was in my chart) and shipped to me and then i had to call over 8 times to get in touch with someone. Two weeks later I provided my credit card and was told the new contacts would be in. I called 1.5 weeks later and was told they will need my credit card to order. There is a clear disconnect between front and back office and it is difficult to manage when each conversation is repetitive and continues to cause a wrong next step. It is now over 5 weeks since i first ordered my contacts :( this is frustrating. Great clinical care, but be wary when ordering contacts/glasses. I'll likely be looking elsewhere to avoid this experience again.

This location is tucked inside a Trader Joes shopping center and is quite a small place, a bit cramped, with one optometrist and loaded with all sorts of displays and two front employees. The doctors office was a bit tight, again, loaded with equipment, but she was very nice and knew her stuff and I was in and out in a jiffy. The two ladies in the front were quick to help me with frames and lenses ordering and knew what they were doing. They added in my insurance and saved me some bucks and I was in and out in 40 minutes. Definitely a good place to stop and quicker than a long drawn out Lens Crafters experience.
