EVERY OTHER eye doc I've been too up here gave me grief not buying from them but not Dr Ginsberg. He just wanted me to have great care and affordable lenses. I can assure you that if the price difference is nominal in the future, I will definitely just buy from him. Also, they have that imaging machine that takes a picture of your entire eyeball that lets them track changes over time and can more like prevent major issues. Win for that too.

The wrong pair was ordered (though i said i wanted the sample they provided which i was told was in my chart) and shipped to me and then i had to call over 8 times to get in touch with someone. Two weeks later I provided my credit card and was told the new contacts would be in. I called 1.5 weeks later and was told they will need my credit card to order. There is a clear disconnect between front and back office and it is difficult to manage when each conversation is repetitive and continues to cause a wrong next step. It is now over 5 weeks since i first ordered my contacts :( this is frustrating. Great clinical care, but be wary when ordering contacts/glasses. I'll likely be looking elsewhere to avoid this experience again.

This location is tucked inside a Trader Joes shopping center and is quite a small place, a bit cramped, with one optometrist and loaded with all sorts of displays and two front employees. The doctors office was a bit tight, again, loaded with equipment, but she was very nice and knew her stuff and I was in and out in a jiffy. The two ladies in the front were quick to help me with frames and lenses ordering and knew what they were doing. They added in my insurance and saved me some bucks and I was in and out in 40 minutes. Definitely a good place to stop and quicker than a long drawn out Lens Crafters experience.
