Called ahead to set everything up, gave them my pickup time, and when I checked in a few days before the trip out of pure travel anxiety, they had me down for the exact time I'd given them. Driver showed up right on the dot. The vehicle was a big clean SUV, plenty of room for luggage, and the ride to the airport was smooth and safe the whole way. Got dropped off right at the door we needed, which matters when you're pulling bags out at a busy terminal. The part I appreciated most was the billing. They invoiced me after the trip, so there was no scrambling for a card or working out a tip with the driver in the moment. Zero hassle on departure day, which was the whole point. If you want a calm start to a trip and not a coin flip on whether your ride shows up, book these guys. Worth it.

I was surprised as I'd never gotten a parking ticket before and the picture they took shows no sign before us and the giant "2 hour sign" in the distance. But, UC Berkeley parking seems to leverage ignorance of new parkers and sparsely posted signs. It's reasonable to say I should have gone up the hill to read the sign closer. I definitely will now.
