I went in for lube this afternoon. Enormous store, not much imagination in layout or in merchandising. Immediately, as I walked up to the shelves, a cheery voice told me I looking at "the good stuff" ... as if the other five shelves weren't any good. No-one in store said these are not refundable. The receipt only says personal products, internal and external, are not returnable. Returns must be within 30 days. I have been coming to castle megastore while now and I've never had any issues until today. I walk in and walk over to the bodystockings which is what I normally come in for so I know where everything is, and this person comes up to me and says "I notice you have a bag, we need to hold it at the front." Ive never experienced that here before, but I am not trying to steal so I don't care. I give her my bag and continue to shop, until I see a woman shopping with a mini duffel bag in the crook of her arm. When describing this store to friends I tend to label it, "The Walmart of sex toy stores". Aside from shopping on-line, there are not many stores with as wide a variety as Castle. My favorite thing about Castle is the employees. Every time I've been in there (3 times over 3 years) they were always kind, helpful, happy, and just overall good salespeople. They are not pushy, they are willing to help when you want it and leave you alone otherwise. They are happy to answer any questions about any of the products honestly. If they don't like something, they will tell you and why, if you ask. Another thing I enjoy is the lighting. It is well-lit. I hate going to stores with terrible lighting because you can't see what you are looking at! The lighting is bright and clean here, the store is open and easy to look around. It is set up very well. The pricing varies, I have it 'moderate' because while some of their items are higher-priced, they do have an amazing clearance variety. As for lingerie, it has gotten better! This store is such an comfortable atmosphere. It's my second time being out to this Tacoma location. The customer service and dedication to assisting clients is well above the other locations. We actually commute from the Seattle area bipassing other locations due to the knowledge and professionalism of this store. I was greeted upon entry allowed to browse the different isles independently. When I did need assistance it was simple to find a welcoming rep to assist. During this visit I purchased multiple movies. I came for 2 in particular, when I was not able to locate one Ron jumped into action and searched high and low for that movie. He did not give up and he did it with a smile this service is absolutely superior to any other locations. I'm not one to be very comfortable in the store or to ask questions, being allowed the freedom to fully explore the store was so refreshing. I think Castle has the widest selection of cheap sex toys in Tacoma. And most have unwrapped floor models, so you can see what your're getting. There is a limited clothing selection here and they are not great on costumes, but they have more cute gift items than most siimilar stores and porn that is easy to browse.
