My husband surprised me with a hotel room last weekend and inside was a Castle bag full of goodies. I was excited to open and see what was inside. He couldn't wait to give it to me because of the back story. I felt as though I needed to tell you how helpful and nice Heather was with my hubby . It was comfortable for him and she did a awesome job picking out the righ one because I am in love with it. (A pink stubby one) I never knew they made toys like this b4. This has been so exciting for us both and I wanna go in and meet her soon!! I want more roys for myself and my hubby next time. I wanted to let someone know Heather is the best...we are def going back to that store because of her.and my husband really was amazed . We appreciate your time this morning.Eve read more

My BFWB and I decided that we needed a new toy. We did not know what we wanted but that was totally perfect! Leigha was amazing! She explained all kind of toys to us, the durability of each, and the best way to use and care for them depending on material. There are sooo many different kinds out there. Leigha was so informative and eager to show us more. We were looking at a pretty pricey toy and trying to decide if that was the one we wanted. It was the personal experience of a "co-worker" and his GF with that particular toy that gave us the ultimate push to purchase. Plus we got a military discount as well ;-) . We are SOOO incredibly happy with our new bed time friend!! Thank you so much Leigha and "co-worker". You have made a forever customer in us!! read more

Ace single handedly changed my opinion that Fascinations was better than Castle. Castle has always been a great store, I just used to frequent the other more. But my and my BF's last visit, Ace was SOO helpful. She answered every question we had, made tons of suggestions, and helped us find exactly what we wanted. She also pointed out tons of other toys I want to buy in the future. Castle has the largest and most extensive inventory of any of the adult shops in the valley. The only thing you guys could do better? Start a rewards program like Fascinations. THEN you would be better in every SINGLE way :) read more

I was driving home and decided to stop in and see what fun items they had. I was approached by Hope who asked if I had any questions. After I declined and was just looking, she asked me again as I'm sure she could tell I had questions. She was very knowledgeable about the products and gave great suggestions to help me get an idea! Any questions I had, she was on top of it. I would recommend this location. It's nice to see great customer service and people enjoying their job! Thank you for your help Hope! If you want a pleasant shopping experience, this is the location to go! Hope to see you again lol read more

Just wanted to shout out Jamie and team. I recently purchased a real doll from an online vendor and was in need for propper lubrication and other items. Jamie was amazing!, i felt totally at ease, she let me sample the lubes at the test bar. She knew the product and what was right for the doll. Its not everyday i go into a store and say " hey, ive never bought a cock ring before, can you help me?. But , she was super cool and showed me all the options. Castle mega store is an audult business, and it takes a certain skill to establish that kind of comfort level with cliental. ..Props Jamie! Shane M. read more

HEY ! This store is no joke ! You walk in and see a glamour of creativity through the aisles of sexy fortunes, but the guy behind the counter is a jag-off literally JACKING OFF ! Holy shit I went to McDonald's and got some spit in my burger but then I come here and it's on a whole nother level... how can people be disgusting enough to use an item and return it only for it to have a small rinse and reuse... what in the actual fuck castle I'm never shopping here again. The butt plugs are wack and the dude behind the desk had a wiener the size of two pinky toes so I'm not mad you all have a great day. read more

Looks uninviting from the outside, but once you walk in, you are impressed! Store is super clean, staff is friendly & knowledgeable. They offer assistance, but are not in-your-face & hounding you! The products are reasonably priced & the selection is fantastic! They test your devices for you & the recommendations they offer to go along with your device are on-point! I was helped by 2 lovely ladies, Laura or was it Lorraina? & Sandra- (it was so cool, she has the same name as me & is the only reason i remember her name!) I will be back and looking for one of those 2! read more

Was very surprised at how nice of a store this was. Outside looks a little creepy and hard to find the location, let alone the door to get in but inside is very clean and the staff is very helpful and knowledgeable. Tosha was great!!! My girlfriend and I went in for just a basic strap on but Tosha explained the pros and cons on everything from the harnesses to the attachments, care of products, gels that enhance, and even a lube that feels natural without the sticky feeling or build-up that we all hate. Spent a little more then I planned but was worth every cent. read more

This store is the reason i decided to join yelp. I have been coming in to this store for a couple months now and out of all of them in phoenix THIS is my favorite. I am always greeted and the people are always so friendly. They may not always have what i am looking for. (in fact that last 2 time i went in looking for a pump and the wall was almost empty.) The movie selection is good but could be better but i think the store overall is very clean an organized and well lit. We don't have many adult store back home but this one makes me wish we did. Keep it up! read more

Clean, organized and friendly helpful staff who make you feel comfortable. Talking to a perfect stranger about lube preference and toys to spice things up at home isn't something I do every day. Especially with someone who is of the opposite gender. But the staff here are personable and very knowledgable about the products. They can help you find what you need without judgement or blushing and giggling every time the word lube is said. Ha. I've had a couple bad experiences with the competitors and this location gets 5 stars. read more

I went into the Dunlap Castle Megastore. Crystal was very very friendly and helpful with any & all questions I had about what I was looking for. Thank you Crystal you were great and made me feel comfortable and welcome. When I was leaving there was a very nice security guard outside keeping an eye on things. I felt safe knowing that their was someone watching out for us. I will go back again for what I need. The store was clean & smelled very nice. Thank you Castle Megastore read more

I visited this location last night and was greeted and helped by both Kim & Chris. They were AWESOME... I have been to the Phoenix/Deer Valley location as well BUT this location is far more organized and shopper-friendly. As well, I'd never felt compelled at the other location to write a review. Both Kim and Chris made it a great experience and I'll return to this location again... even having to drive PAST the Phoenix/Deer Valley location to get there!! read more
