I was even able to purchase the loose-leaf tea to recreate it myself! They had actually discontinued that particular tea, but he still helped me out, which I truly appreciated. I ended up going with a classic tres leches cake which tasted wonderful. Miriam was the one to help me out. Bonus points for having the same name ;) Miriam made great detailed questions to make sure the cake was exactly what I wanted it to be referencing off a picture I had showed her as inspiration.
