After he finished putting in coolant he suddenly told me my Furnace drip pan was cracked and needed a new part but had to order it. Before he arrived I never heard water dripping and then suddenly when he was finished with the maintenance I had this dripping noise from my furnace and he left with the air conditioning running and when I came home from work I had water all over my floor where the furnace was and turned off the air conditioning. He sent me a invoice for a $700 repair but never told me what was actually needed and he didn't turn off the air conditioning when he left knowing the dripping water would cause damage to my furnace.

A couple of years ago I fell on hard times and it was COLD... My furnace was getting old and the fix wasn't cheap, I couldn't afford it. They stayed and refused to leave me and the boys in the cold even if it took me time to pay for it.
