I couldn't be happier with the service here. John is the friendliest alteration staff I have ever met and is patient with me as well. There are a bunch of other alteration places within 10 minutes of me, but I definitely recommend that you make a further drive out to Casper's. It takes me about 30 minutes to get here from work. I got 3 pieces dry cleaned and 2 pants hemmed. Ooof I love that crease on my pants, it's so sharp I might accidentally slice my finger if I touch it. John is very honest. I called a bunch of places for quotes before I came here. Most places said, "bring it in, we'll hem and taper it for you for $8" or whatever. However, I came here because John was the only person who said, "I want to see the product first before giving you a price on it." I'm glad he did too. He explained to me since my pants have a crease from the factory, tapering it would really throw off the look of the pants. I'll be back!

This was my first visit at Casper and I gotta say everything went incredible. I showed up and was very quickly assisted with the small hole on the armpit of my vintage Depeche Mode tee and John had it taken care of in minutes. Absolute pleasure to speak with and to meet. Already recommended most of my family to come to Casper's for any of their clothing needs.

Anthony, You're…read moremistaken. I did not inspect the garment--I trusted you did a professional job, paid, and left. Had I looked closely, I would have asked for a refund right then. I took the suit to another tailor, and she was shocked at the quality. She said it looked like a dry cleaner's work, not a professional tailor's. You offered to redo it--but after seeing your work, I was not comfortable letting you touch it again. I asked for a refund, and you refused. I also requested my other suit back, which shows I had already lost confidence in your services. At the end of the day, I paid for professional tailoring and did not receive it. Now I have to pay someone else to fix it. Next time, if you're not capable of doing the job correctly, just say so. Don't take on work you know you can't properly complete.

I took the…read moredamaged dress back the next day to complain, and the lady behind the counter told me the young man who took my order was new and should have told me that the dress may be ruined if dry cleaned due to the material. when I told her I was not warned of potential damage when I dropped it off, and when I picked up all the clothes from him, he didn't even mention that the dress was damaged, even though there's a note, from the cleaning crew, attached to the dress to 'inform the owner of damaged dress'. I saw the note after I got home and found out the dress was completely ruined. She told me she'll ask her manager to call me and gave me her manager's contact number, and said that typically I will get a refund for the damaged dress. I never received any returned call from the manager. when I emailed her manager and left several messages with the manager, it was not returned. after 2 weeks of no response from the manager, I ended up disputing the charge with my credit card company (thank goodness I used cc). bad service, bad quality, definitely NOT going back!!!!!

I stopped by a few minutes later, they took my contact info, and about an hour later I received a text saying the repair was complete. When I returned, the staff member (a brunette with long hair) told me that not only had she reattached the two buttons, but she had also reinforced the other two at no additional charge. I was genuinely impressed by her attention to detail and professionalism. Highly recommend!

Absolutely flabbergasted at how this establishment is ran. Where do I begin?…read more I don't understand how it's possible to give another customer someone else's order. I get that people can have the same name, but what's the point of asking for a phone number to pick up an order if you're only relying on names? I had asked my wife to pick up my order since I've been working a lot and needed my clothes for work. When she arrived, she was told that my order had already been picked up. My wife explained that wasn't possible because I was at work. Despite this, they insisted that I had someone else pick it up and wouldn't listen to what she was saying. She assured them it wasn't possible since it's just the two of us, and I was clearly working at the time. At this point, another worker gets involved and asks to see a picture of me. I think that's an absolutely insane thing to ask, basically assuming my wife is lying. They hadn't been too apologetic too. My wife calls during this and explains to me the situation. I ask what can they do to remedy this? One worker asked the other, "Are you sure someone in the family didn't already pick it up?" The other worker admitted their mistake, saying, "No, I messed up--I gave the order to someone else." Shocked, my wife asked what they planned to do about it. They told her to give them until Friday. Frustrated by the lack of clarity and the conversation going in circles, my wife requested something in writing. Please see the attached photograph. Not only did they give away my order; one of the workers insisted my wife was essentially lying - taking no accountability on their end. They offered no solution; no type of peace of mind and nothing for their mistake. The next 2 days; I waited to see if they would call me or text me - and it was radio silence. I get the text message today that my order is ready; so I head over. When I checked in, the worker apologized once, saying they were sorry for giving my order to someone else. That was it--no coupon, no credits, nothing. The ultimate slap in the face was being made to pay. Excuse me--what? You lose my order and can't even do the bare minimum to make it right? Instead, they applied a discount (even though I had already used a 15% discount when I dropped off my clothes). I wasn't about to argue, but this was absolutely ridiculous and incredibly disappointing customer service. It's not about the money, it's about the principle! I'm frustrated at how they handled this situation. I had just started using their service but unfortunately they lost a customer.
