We actually didn't end up using Casper's, but that's why I'm leaving a great review. We went because we needed tailoring services, and the gentlemen who helped us was amazing. Instead of just taking my dress and making a mess of it, he explained to us that they couldn't accept the dress for tailoring because it was too complicated of a material for their machines. He was afraid it would be ruined and didn't want me to be left without a dress for the wedding I was in. He gave me some recommendations of tailors that were relatively local and should have the right equipment. I was really thrilled because the first place we went to, the guy barely looked at the dress and didn't even have me try it on - so we left and came to Caspers. If I can give a fat Zero I would give this place. I needed to adjust the waist of my dress pant. So I asked the person there if the store does alterations. He snapped at me with a loud yes as if I am bothering him. Then I proceed to tell him what I need to get done. He said it can not be done. Then I said why not there is a lot of cloth/space. He began to pull hard on the waist and some of the stitching broke. And then he said "how about $35". WTF!! Just to loosen a waist on a pair of pants?? I know the prices and expect around $15 or $20 max!! So I said no and he tossed the pant back to me. On the way out I heard he also raised his voice with the next customer. I am Asian and the next customer is black. The person I talked to was European. I can hear the accent. read more

I had 3 pairs of maternity work pants to hem and was a little nervous since those were the only pants I wore to work, hence I needed a quick turn around time. Wow! I tried this dry cleaner because I needed to get a suit cleaned and pressed for a wedding. John was super friendly and helpful when I dropped it off. Then, a kind of emergency came up, and I needed the suit a day earlier than my scheduled pick up date. I called to see if it could be ready the next day, and Lisa called me back in five minutes and then told me I could come in anytime-- and this was two days early! John even put it in the car for me when I picked it up. I was so impressed with the level of customer service! I had a pair of pants that the tie belt come out of. After trying to fix it myself with no luck I took it to another cleaners and the lady said it would cost $10 to do it. I agreed and when I came back for it she handed it back and said the holes in the waist for the belt we're too small and she couldn't do it. This is the best cleaners in the IE period. The customer service is amazing they make you feel like family and they are professional hard workers. I brought in a white dress that had some black stains on them and if course they got them out. The funny thing is I took this same dress to kona cleaners before (without checking the reviews) because my grandpa goes there. And they didn't even touch the stain. I'm blown away by the type of service John showers me today. Today is Friday and I have a wedding Sunday.
