Sweet and Dry Tasting with Pumpkin Cheesecake

Oh my soooo busy. Good to see. My favorite here is the bourbon infused Chardonnay. I am gluten free so the Halloween trail piece was suspect for me but the dry wine that accompanied it was excellent.

Visited Cask during a girls weekend. This was our third winery and perfect timing to grab some food. We had an amazing charcuterie board and hot pretzels. The place was pretty busy but the team kept up nicely with the crowd. The facility and grounds are nicely kept ! They have a small gift shop with a variety of items from local artists. Bath salts, for example in cute packages. Charcuterie boards like the ones they use. I had a glass of the Bourbon Chardonnay and really enjoyed the warm flavors of Carmel and fruit along with the hint of bourbon flavor. Definitely will be back. It's a great winery to visit in any season.

Beautiful outdoor seating area, some is also covered. Recently learned on our last visit that this winery is owned by Debonne but has different wine offerings.  We've always enjoyed our visits here. The wine is nice but the food is delicious. The mustard that came with the pretzels was so delicious and the sandwich was super fresh.

There's so much here! Aside from just wine you can also get beer. We got the dry red flight and the sweet flight. Honestly, a lot of the reds kind of all tasted the same. The blend was really good and stood out. Had a full flavor and a slightly jammy finish. The sweet flight was very unique. I was excited about the espresso ice wine! It almost needs to be served colder because I think it loses something when it warms. That being said, they were all sweet but were full of flavor. We had great explanations from the guy that served us. He really helped out. The tasting is a bit pricey for the region but includes a glass and a token for $5 off a bottle purchase. There is plenty of seating inside and out but it was really muggy inside.

Lively sunny day with good friends on vacation. Really enjoyed the live music good food & drinks. They even had a pop up Permanente Jeweler working. I wish I took a photo of that.

This is my second time at Cask 307, and both times have been incredibly enjoyable! The staff is so knowledgeable about their offerings and incredibly friendly! We got the bourbon chardonnay (10/10) and a red blend, and both were great. We got a cheese board and sat at the bar. Despite it being winter, the place was filling up quickly! It looked like you could make reservations for larger parties, which I would recommend as it can fill up fast, especially with thr patio closed. We will be back for sure!

A friend recommend we stop here, and she was certainly right. The winery itself is very nice, with lots of seating inside and out. They have a large variety of wines to try, which of course we did. The winner for us was the Cabernet. We even got a wine glass to take home! I am certain the weekends here would be fun with live music.

We visited Cask Three OH Seven for a little date-night. We've been to plenty of wineries and distillery in Geneva/North Madison in the last couple of years. So-far, this place is (one of) top of the list! Maybe it's the fact that I can get a decent beer, maybe it's the modern design mixed with great craftsmanship, or the (limited) but delicious food. Whatever it is, it makes for a great time. The way it's laid-out is a bit intimidating. As soon as you come-in, you're faced with a big bar. Find yourself a seat first, then come back to the bar and order your food/drink. Find a heated table on the patio to the left or enjoy the open-space to the patio behind the bar. When you order your food, they'll give you a table sign and the food will come to you. The beer that stood out to me was the Oktoberfest and their IPA. Both were very pleasant to drink and easy to enjoy. The pretzel bites with cheese dip and mustard was also good, but what really did me in was the Chipotle Chicken. The southwest style to this flatbread made for a very filling and enjoyable meal. Definitely we'll visit again, either with just the two of us or with a group of friends.

First time visiting and can't wait to return! We enjoyed the beautifully landscaped outdoors and soaked up the sun while enjoying live music, wine, draft beer, and some incredible snacks. The beer cheese was second to none and we especially appreciated that nothing was served in single-use plastics. The petite local draft list was satisfying - something for everyone! We enjoyed an IPA and cream ale, both of which were great. Their wine selection was extensive and each flavor was outstanding. I recommend a flight, so as to experience some unique and traditional flavors across the board. The only slight con was how crowded the interior was, especially after a thunderstorm pushed us all inside. Still, a great vibe, friendly service, and great selection of treats! Highly recommended!

We had such an enjoyable experience at Cask 307. It was the 4th stop on our tour and everyone's favorite. They had something for everyone: beer flight, wine flight, refreshing sangria and an impressive menu. The staff was very friendly and quickly served everyone in line which meant you could spend more time on their gorgeous patio. I highly suggest this winery!

Horrible service. Sat there like we were invisible, while the bartender played on phone. Walked out after 15 minutes of not being served!

Was ok, not our favorite on the tour. Mostly super dry wines, we prefer semi sweet. Won't return.

Beutiful place, but can't review the wine or food. Couldn't get served. Left and went to another winery. Too bad!

We both also enjoyed the bourbon chardonnay which has the lightness of a chardonnay, but the oak from the bourbon.

We stopped at Vincent William Winery for a late lunch in January 2025 before driving back home to…read moreChicago. It was our first visit to the winery, and ended up being the best meal of our entire trip. I rave about it to everyone. The inn and restaurant are absolutely gorgeous--thoughtfully designed, warm, and elegant--and the entire property truly stands out in the Grand River Valley. The setting is stunning: a unique lakefront location with peaceful views that feel more like a boutique estate than a typical winery. Even in winter, the atmosphere was serene and inviting. What really impressed us, though, was the pride the staff takes in the place. We were given a full tour of the property, and it was clear how dedicated and invested they are in ensuring Vincent William Winery succeeds. That level of care shows in every detail. As for the food--wow. Every dish we ordered was outstanding, from the warm, crusty bread with baked brie and preserves to the vibrant house meatballs and beautifully prepared entrées. The pasta was rich and comforting, and the pork chop was perfectly cooked with hearty, flavorful sides. Presentation was as thoughtful as the flavors. The cocktails were equally impressive. The Old Fashioned was balanced, smooth, and among the best I've had at a winery. Their wines were excellent as well, and I cannot wait until they launch a wine club--I'd be ready to sign up. The chef's classes also sound fantastic and would be a no-brainer for us if we lived locally. Truly, we have zero criticisms. Prices felt quite fair for the quality and experience. The property is exceptional, and the staff offers the kind of genuine hospitality that's increasingly rare. Vincent William Winery is a unique lakefront gem, and every time we're in Greater Cleveland, we'll make it a point to return.

There is a park right next door too for additional parking. The grounds are still being worked on as it is still springtime and I definitely need to come back during the summer season and when the weather isn't so dreary in northeast Ohio. We asked to sit at a table by the window but were told we couldn't sit there, mind you it was not busy at all and no one sat at that table the entire time we were there so I wasn't very happy with the staff. We ended up eating at the bar since we could still somewhat see the water that way. The food and drinks were absolutely phenomenal so that and the ambiance is the only reason I would consider coming back as the staff really ruined the experience for me. Glad I didn't book an overnight stay for that reason alone. Moscato Cabernet Sauvignon Lavender Margarita Honey Whipped Ricotta Dip Wagyu Burger
