My first visit to Franky's Deli Warehouse was exceptional, largely because of Frank, the owner…read more From the moment I walked in, he was extremely professional, welcoming, and attentive. His level of customer service immediately stood out, he genuinely takes the time to guide first-time customers and make them feel comfortable. Frank suggested what he considers the four must-try sandwiches for a first visit: the Italian, Tuna, Corned Beef & Pastrami, and the Philly Cheesesteak. I followed his recommendation and tried the tuna sandwich, which was outstanding, fresh, perfectly balanced, and generously prepared. I also took a Tuna sandwich to go for my wife after trying it and ordered the Italian to try later, which I'm already looking forward to. What impressed me most was not just the quality of the food but the overall experience. Frank's knowledge of his menu, his willingness to help customers decide, and his genuine pride in the deli create an atmosphere that keeps people coming back. If you love great sandwiches, top-notch service, and an owner who truly cares about the customer experience, I highly recommend Franky's Deli Warehouse to anyone. It's the kind of place that quickly becomes a favorite.

Located right outside of Westland Mall facing the parking lot next to H & M…read more Lots to look at and admire. Loved the lighting fixtures and the murals on the walls. Great music and friendly staff. What we ordered- Croquetas 10/10 - Soft creamy inside and lightly crispy on the outside. Drizzled with a aioli style sauce. (In my opinion)the croquetas were so good they didn't need any sauce. Churassco w/ white rice, black beans and plantains 10/10 ohh this is everything a churassco should be. Juicy, tender and cooked full of so much flavor. The rice was perfect not sticky just perfectly fluffy and not oily and the beans are exactly what I always hope to be served at any Cuban restaurant. Absolutely delicious and full of so much flavor. I mean if they told me Abuela had made them I would totally believe it. Chefs kiss The hubs ordered the Picanha with morro rice and plantains 10/10 No crumbs or grains of rice was left on his plate! Absolutely delicious Needless to say this place is an absolute must! Definitely will be back

I came by their new location in Westland Mall today since I was shopping and I was hungry. However,…read morewith slow service and nickel and diming (18 percent automatic tip) and smallish portions I don't think I'll be back. Having had a quick workday lunch and walked around the mall, I had worked up an appetite. I was seated in a corner table for two and my order was taken. The restaurant did not seem that crowded even for a Friday night but it felt like a long wait. Unlike many Cuban places, they don't offer complimentary bread. I ordered their "platanos a tentacion" (bacon wrapped sweet plantains), grilled chicken and moros. The rice was a little hard and the chicken breast on the small side and barely seasoned other than the onions garnishing it. Service didn't feel very attentive for me as a solo diner. Between finishing my dinner and waiting to order either dessert or cafecito, I also sat and waited until a waitress finally came by. At that point, I just got the coffee and my check. I don't believe I was offered a printed receipt, just the card terminal. I asked if the tip was included and pretty much in time when I was putting the usual tip (trying to be generous with 20 percent) I was told that it was a service charge, and that the tip was extra, but had full amounts starting with 18%. So basically I paid 30% tip for a small portion of food and inattentive service. Looking back, I see that this restaurant had a different name and I had enjoyed dinner at their other location six years back. It's disappointing to see how it has fallen off. As it were, a lot of the original creative items on the menu are no longer being offered.

I haven't posted a review in a while, but today I'm forced to--because this place deserves it…read more We came here after a food influencer claimed they had one of the best steak sandwiches in Miami, and let me just say... this was not an exaggeration. Let's start with the star of the show: the steak sandwich. Perfectly cooked steak, what I think were pickled onions, and a sauce that is definitely not mayo. Whatever it is, it hits your taste buds about 30 seconds after you bite in and completely takes over--in the best way possible. I honestly can't describe it properly. You just have to try it. We also ordered a few other items: * Fresh-squeezed orange juice (so good) * Steak and rice (really solid) * Pork for my very picky eater--and when I say phenomenal, I mean I could not believe how much she actually ate. Now let's talk service. This is a cafeteria-style spot, so you'd expect average service, right? Absolutely not. From the moment we walked in, we were helped with our order, given thoughtful recommendations (especially for our picky eater), and they even anticipated our needs by bringing spoons for our little girls without us asking. I honestly haven't felt this welcomed in a restaurant in a long time. It truly felt family-owned and operated--in the best way. And here's the best part... They're on Uber Eats!!!!! Do yourself a favor: order the steak sandwich and thank me later.
