Weirdest glass of sparkling wine (they call it a martini and garnish it with a sugar rim). Fine. I ordered the tamales and she brought pork with it which was nice but I was full of the margarita mix so I couldn't possibly finish. I trashed the take out on the way to the airport. The atmosphere was perfect for a night out together. We started with the Mango and Guava Margaritas--absolutely delicious! Appetizers we had the Dominican sample platter,For our meal, we had the Dominican Flag Platter, with beef stew, rice, beans, tostones, sweet plantains, and avocado. We also tried the Trifongo with Churrasco, and everything was tender, flavorful, and delicious! There are so many amazing dishes on the menu that we definitely need to come back and try more.
