The restaurant is impeccable and it's cleanliness and organization, but like any other restaurant of this type, you will smell like food when you leave. THE FOOD: Food is good and reliable, but I do believe is overpriced for what it is, and the area in which it's located. On my visits, I have had ice cream and have catered for a party. My second time ordering food to go, this time I ordered a full meal for 10 ppl for the night of Christmas Eve. We got the paleta de cerdo, which came with arroz Moro and yuca con mojo. It was all good . The only thing I didn't like was that when I wen to pick up my order, there was a long line inside the business and a lot of ppl weren't wearing a mask. Even though there was a Covid testing site right outside the parking lot making it clear how bad Covid is right now. (Very contagious) I know the restaurant can't technically enforce it. But just FYI for those of you who are being cautious and not bring Covid Home to your kids or elderly live ones. I double masked, and still felt uncomfortable ... I have a baby at home,simply wished they at least had people making the line outside or enforced mask. Also, whatever time you tell them you're going to go pick up your order. Make sure you stick to that time on a busy day. Only because even though they told me I could go as early as 9am, and luckily I showed up at the time I said I was going to stop. I do not recommend any sandwiches from here. Their food is awesome, but the sandwiches are not. They need a lot of improvement. I have been coming here since day one and their food is great like I said, but look at the steak. I think that explains it all. read more

Don't be mislead. The "jugos naturales" are bottles & loaded with sugar. The food is pre-cooked & heated. We ordered vaca frita, rice, chicharro, fufu de plátano & crema de malanga. The vaca frita bland & dry from sitting out for so long & I asked for lime & the girl gave me lemon & said they don't have like. The crema de malanga didn't really taste like malanga, the fufu de platano tasted old. The chicharro was good & the rice was, well rice. Went on May 10th at 8pm and ordered 2 platters. One had Vaca Frita with Rice, other Ropa Vieja. Got home and wife had the Vaca Frita. Ropa Vieja was Ok but bland. I tried Vaca Frita but it smelled a little off. Put leftovers in fridge. In the morning, wife woke up with bad diarrhea and nausea. I smelled the Vaca Frita from the fridge and it smelled rotten. These people leave the meat out too long without heat and it spoiled. By 8pm, it was already bad and they still sold it to us. We called the business in the morning to let them know and they were pretty rude. Not only are they rude when they serve you but if you have a concern, they blame you. We took the platter back in the morning, so they could smell it. We got a new one but they made us feel like it was our fault. Meat shouldn't smell rotten, not even the next day. Especially, Vaca Frita which is dry. I wouldn't recommend this place. NOT ONLY overpriced, $14.49 per platter but Spoiled Food and Bad Personal Skills.
