It's the kind of neighborhood gem that manages to feel both established and cutting-edge at the same time. The hospitality was top-tier; I was greeted with genuine warmth and guided to a lovely, comfortable spot to enjoy my meal. The menu here is an absolute thrill it's refreshing to see such a clever and innovative approach to Detroit-style pizza. The headings are playful and full of personality, featuring iconic names like "Whole Lotta Love" and "You're So Vain." It truly makes the ordering process a fun experience! I opted for a combination of the "Here You Come Again" and the "Proud Mary." The pizza arrived remarkably fast and was a total culinary triumph. The freshness of the ingredients was undeniable; the pepperoni and bacon were prepared to perfection, and the combination of Roma tomatoes and basil pesto provided a beautifully balanced, vibrant flavor profile. My assistant thoroughly enjoyed the "I Shot the Sheriff" as well! I am officially charmed by the creativity and quality here. It is a well-deserved full rating from me, and I will most certainly be a regular!

This place has the best happy hour deal for Detroit style pizza from my experience. Their single…read moreslice services are pretty big. And they have a good variety on pizza topping choices. From my first impression the place is very nice looking and well organized. They have also have parking lot space next to the building. The only issue on our visit was that the service was slow with a long wait for drinks. I'm not sure if it was just an off day but outside of that, my group still enjoyed their time here and food was delicious.

We ordered the House Special pizza and it was very good. The crust was a thin crust but it was very crispy and had an almost crackerlike texture. I really liked it a lot. The sauce was flavorful and the toppings were plentiful. It wasn't the best pizza we've ever had but it was still really good. Next time we'd try one of their other pizzas or pasta dishes just to try something different. We were able to be seated right after we walked in, which was nice. The service was good and there were a lot of items to choose from on the menu. There's plenty of seating and a good-sized parking lot.

Delivery is very manageable and eating in is consistently very slow. Also, my brother, who is in a wheelchair always ask for the pizza cut in squares because that is easier for him. Pizza places accommodate this maybe half the time and forget the other half. Pagliai's usually forgets and we had a server get annoyed about being asked to take it back and have it cut in squares. She solved this by saying it couldn't be done. We didn't ask her to dig a ditch, come on! We've spent a million dollars at this place and we do not frequent near as much.

Staff was hostile and abusive to me and my wife all the way out the door. I was outside while my wife stayed at the front desk to try to smooth things over, and the staff yelled at me outside, on the public street, threatening me and my wife who was still inside. I insisted on collecting my wife and leaving. All I asked was an acknowledgement that the staff was out of line escalating the situation when we were trying to leave peaceably and had already exited the door. I tried calling after we left to at least collect a simple courteous explanation, but the staff yelled at me and hung up three times. Then the restaurant owner called me, and boy can I tell where the problem is! He also yelled at me and threatened me for nothing while claiming I'd attempted to assault his staff. I never even raised my voice, never got a word in edgewise. Currently the owner is on social media trying to slander me. He keeps changing his story too, saying I assaulted first the hostess and then the server. Video footage is on my side and will be subpoenaed as evidence if necessary. Since the entire staff wants to keep escalating and escalating this situation all night long and into morning, I'm fighting back. I was insulted, harassed, and discriminated against, just because I tried to eat dinner. All Felix and Oscars' owner need do is simply apologize and I'd consider the matter settled.
