The bap bowl was the least favorite for our party of 7...I was the only that didn't mind it but the ssamjang sauce was not a flavor anybody cared for and the amount of meat is very small Potato salad is sweet and vinegary if you like that kind of thing Kimchi's were good Miso Mac was very yummy Prices are reasonable Customer service was great Plenty of seating The atmosphere is adorable!

We tried every side today because my in laws were visiting who havent had much Korean food and were not sure what they would like. And a little of each sauce. The black garlic was my fav but its very thick so not a great texture for everyone; not overwhelmingly garlic. The lava egg was delicious, very spicy especially with the little red pepper slices. I eat a lot of spicy food and it still gave me hiccups, but not so spicy I was sweating or tearing up. A healthy pang of spice but not a complex flavor and it disappears pretty quick from the mouth. The double dunk everyone liked very good texture good mix of sweet and spicy. The sweet butter one we got the kids was good not spicy at all but extra sticky. I liked it but preferred the double dunk. The asian bbq I really disliked but everyone else liked it; it was very strong saltiness and sweet. MiL ordered the pork ribs which were fine, a little tough but good flavor. The kids wanted fries so we added some on but they tasted a little stale and the spice mix on them wasnt popular they were barely eaten. The cucumber kimchi is just the cabbage with cucumber added! We got both and I was like oop. It was a little dry and not very strong to me. The sweet potato was disgusting nobody liked it. VERY strong salty muso flavor overpowering, very soft mushy sweet potato. We threw it out. The egg salad the kids loved and it was a good flavor, pretty crowded pleasing. LOVED the daikon perfect flavor texture etc. A nice snap just a bit sour. The mac was popular with the kids, I did not like the extra thick cheesy sauce personally. LOVED the spinach side dish what a surprise! Very refreshing and well cooked, a bit of sourness but not too much.

I get there and the doors are locked, I go through the drive through and no one is there. There's a maintenance guy there saying that no one is there that works there and that if I wanted a refund I would have to come later on in the day. I ask him what time I could come in and he doesn't even know what time. The management is so funky here that they have a maintenance guy working before the actual employees, as someone who works in the food industry it's almost laughable. Edit: I arrived at the location again for the employees to tell me that they have nothing to do with the online format? And that they can't refund me at the restaurant, and the cherry on top is when I walked away I heard one of the employees start to talk bad about me. I was never rude, never raised my voice, spoke well but I guess they just hate having to do other parts of their job?

Upon taste each piece was moist and non greasy. The inside wait staff was courteous as they promptly took my order. My only negative is that the drive through seems to be down more often than not forcing customers to go inside to order even though the stand and wait was not too taxing. Yet, when you enter the staff seem to be upbeat and willing to get your order out as swiftly as possible and they do it with a smile creating a friendly tone environment.

I'd say this is a darn good value for a more premium fast casual burger. The burger was cooked to expectations (well done) and had very fresh peppers as toppings. Quick, fast, and accurate service all while the employees were kind and had positive attitudes.

After I received the shake and drank it (the one labeled with Oreos) , I realized I was drinking the one with peanut butter. I had a minor reaction to it. I called Five Guys to let them know what happened. Amanda answered and stated that she was the one labeled them and thought they may be mislabeled, but did not check. When I told her I was allergic to the one I drank, she just said "well there wasn't an allergy warning on it." I did not put an allergy warning on mine because, like mentioned earlier, I can have processed foods, but I cannot eat ACTUAL peanut butter. She was quiet after this. I think it is important that places are double checking their orders, ESPECIALLY when they are handling major allergens. Keep this in mind when ordering with an allergy.

My sister and I came to visit my mother in Des Moines and we decided we wanted Jersey Mikes for…read moredinner. Tonight has been my worst experience by far at any food place I have ever been to. We placed our order through the app as of 5:16pm. It said it would be ready by 5:30pm. I know it takes longer to make gluten free sandwiches because they have to clean the grill so I did not arrive until 5:45pm to pick up my food. When I got there hardly any customers were in the store. 2 people were in line to order and 2 people were standing waiting for doordash. I ended up waiting a few moments before asking if my order was ready around 5:50pm. They checked and found it had not even been started yet and that it was quite a few tickets behind the others for the grill. I was told it would be about 10 minutes by the kid who was working the register. The kid then went to check if he had told me correct by the guy on the grill. The guy went to check my ticket and started laughing saying, "yeah good luck with that. It's got gluten free. Its gonna be awhile." He then proceeded to make 8 sandwiches and none of them were mine. I had doordash drivers and other online pickup customers come in after me who received there food before me. I watched the guy on the grill move tickets that were behind mine forward. Someone obviously made a conscious decision not to fill my order in a timely manner because of the gluten free sandwiches. At 6:05pm I watched the guy on the grill finally start cleaning the grill. By 6:10pm he started making 2 gluten free sandwiches. And did not pay attention to the fact that #65 was not supposed to have jalepenos and yet seem to have a ton of them on the sandwich. By 6:21pm all sandwiches were done. The manager (Jasmine) tried to hand a cookie off to me and another customer who had been waiting almost as long as me. But considering I cannot eat it nor does that make up for waiting nearly an hour from the time my food was supposed to be ready I did not want it. The manager seemed to have a chip on her shoulder and kept throwing hateful looks towards my mother and me after we would not accept her offer. She then went back behind the counter pulled out her phone, messed with it for a bit then pulled some vouchers out. She offered us 2 of them for our 3 sandwiches. My mother would have accepted it as is if there would have been an apology attached with it. There was not. She thought it was more reasonable to have 3 vouchers since our order was for 3 sandwiches and the manager disagreed. All sandwiches were put in the same bag. I specifically put special instructions on my order for the gluten free sandwiches to be put in a seperate bag. I have never had any trouble with this at any other store. The manager said, "We don't do that." I explained that I have asked at other stores and had no problem. I was then told by the manager "Well you don't have to come here. You can go to another store. And you can leave." I feel like this was a personal attack and discriminatory against me due to my food allergies and I do not appreciate it. I was not asking for anything special just for the considerations that I know are in place by this company. Jersey Mike's as a company has practices in place to accommodate customers with food allergies but this employee seems to have decided to not provide your typical great service because of it.
