the mac and cheese is good, but benson boone forgot my chicken fil a sauce and i had to raw dog the 5 piece i ordered.

Oh my gosh! I forgot how good this place is! It's been years since I've been here and I don't know why. I wanted something fast and not too expensive for dinner so I stopped in with my husband. I got the spicy chicken deluxe sandwich and it was SO DANG GOOD! The girl behind the counter was so friendly and nice. She greeted us when we came in. When I asked for water and two different kinds of sauces, she kept saying, "Of course. It's my pleasure." She acted like she was genuinely happy to serve me. I've never gotten this kind of service from an employee at a fast food place before. The manager needs to be commended for training the employees to be friendly and helpful. So many employees are drips with no personality or manners these days. Our food came out super fast. And let me tell you about the sauces. I'm a sauce fanatic, so for me, a sauce can make or break a meal. I got their sweet and spicy Sriracha sauce and my husband got their cheese sauce. They were both amazing! They went perfectly with the spicy chicken sandwich. They also had a wide variety of other sauces. I was in sauce heaven. There are other chicken places in town that are very good, but I have to say, Chick-fil-A has the best sauces that I've ever tasted. For me, it's all about the sauce. My husband got their peppermint shake and that was very good, too. The place was very neat and clean, too. It's like they take pride in how the place looks. I will definitely be coming back more often. I'm so glad I stopped in again and rediscovered how great they are. read more

Went through the drive thru... Didn't receive our order correctly... 1 sandwich completely missing & the other was missing topping... Called after getting home , wanted me to return to pick up a reorder & I was like no just refund for what we didn't get, was told they could give us 2 free sandwiches on the app.. I don't have the app , then was told that I could be put on a list to come in & get 2 free sandwiches... They wouldn't be free I already paid for them!!! Could they just credit back the money I paid them for the food I never received & that wasn't an option but I could dispute that with my bank... Chick-fil-A is a really great fast-food restaurant that totally lives up to its hype :-) Both the original chicken and the grilled chicken sandwich taste wonderful and their waffle fries are instantly addictive. Their sauce totally compliments their food, and it's so good you'll be tempted to eat it on its own ;-) The staffers here are friendly and helpful; they're also quick and efficient. This is an especially good virtue to encounter in these difficult times when the drive-thru line is almost always very very long. read more

Very fast! Friday was an eat-in day. They gave me my colored plastic table cone to set on the table for delivery of my order. I didn't even have a chance to sit down and my food was being set on my table! And it was 12:30 lunch on a Friday! Waffle fries were hot and crispy, I ordered the Deluxe Spicy Chicken Sandwich meal with a sweet tea. Not too spicy, even with pepper jack cheese, just a good kick to it. Same with my dining partner, her order came just as fast as mine. The staff was smiles throughout with awesome pleasantries. Restaurant is clean, even with it being busy the tables were being cleaned quickly for the turn over. Another was sweeping the floors. I'm pretty impressed with this locations services and food! Took my mom for her first Chick-fil-A, she expressed concern with the in person ordering and being a first timer she would have liked more time to look at the menu, so she ordered what I ordered. Then came the moment of truth, eating. There was pause, and the first bite; you know she liked it when she takes a bite, holds the sandwich out to look at it chewing slowly and takes another bite. These guys were not taking their job serious. I usually always LOVE Chick Fil A. So I'm sad to write this review. We placed an order 10 minutes before close via the app which is amazing cuz chick fil a is amazing and has THE BEST QUALITY SERVICE. But this particular location was jacking around and tarnishing the Franchise best quality. I really hope the manager "Tori" and the whole giggly clan can treat future customers with more respect and represent the brand with utmost priority. They laughed at our faces when we couldn't get the food and nobody apologized. We arrived before close and were completely rejected and disheartened. When we asked if there was anything they could do for the completely avoidable mishap, the manager walked away. I enjoy how the play area is completely separate from the dining area. They have a car theme and I could see many kids enjoying the climbing. Will need to bring the toddler on my next visit. We order Chick-fil-A mostly through third part delivery apps, but this is the location closest to us and the one we frequent the most. As always, the service is super fast and the food is always fresh. The fact that they have GF options, and through their apps, the ability to remove butter/cheese from anything, makes it super easy for us to be able to eat quickly when we're in a rush. Plus, they don't charge extra for sauces and their options for it are fantastic (that Chick-fil-A sauce tho!!!). I'm not a huge fan of fast food. The kids usually make me go. Not Chick-fil-a I love the spicy chicken with extra hot sauce aka the #2!! I wish they had little packets of sriracha, wow that'd make a killer Chick-fil-a sandwich. That's why I usually get it to go. I never really liked waffle frys they always seem soggy. Not at Chick-fil-a crispy and hot even after a 5 minute drive back to the desk. The lemonade and tea are made fresh and both varieties sweetened and unsweetened. We've been here twice now. Both times where drive-thru. Both times we had really good experiences with everyone that we had contact with. The food was good and correct, always a bonus. One of these days we'll have to take some time to actually go in and eat but I'm pretty sure we'd have the same things to say about the inside experience. I stopped through on my way through the state at 8PM on a Friday. The owner/operator's wife (I only realized it because their photo is in the breezeway entrance) was working the front counter. Honestly I was already super impressed to see her working that late ok a Friday, but she was awesome. Super friendly and helpful. Extremely friendly persin. The food was amazing, and came out incredibly fast. Everything was fresh. The property is amazingly clean, and you can tell the owners take pride in their establishment. Based on the signs around the restaurant you can tell they're super involved with their community. Great place! read more

In the fast food industry, nothing compares to Chick-fil-A. They have the best customer service hands down. I have been to this location since it opened and have never had a bad experience. Upon walking into Chick-fil-A, I experienced a clean establishment and a friendly atmosphere. I glanced at the menu- only chicken options. The cashier had a friendly smile and made me feel right at home. It was not very busy even though it was 6 o'clock. I ordered the number one meal with a large sweet tea. I scarfed the sandwich down as if I was never going to have another meal. It was an entirely forgettable experience. I would say this is a much better establishment than the University Chick Fil A. That place always disappoints me. If you live in the Des Moines area I would recommend either this location or the Paradise Pointe location over University for a quick, delicious meal with reasonable prices. read more
