I explained that when I picked it up on January 2, even though it was called in December 30, 2025. They assured me it would apply to January 2026. Went to pick up Februarys and Walgreens wanted $490? Called Insurance and they said Walgreens would not reinvoice that December charge to reflect my pick up on January 2, 2026 and it applied to 2025 as I feared and was assured it wouldn't happen according to my understanding. They do what they say they will do - get names and numbers if you like standing in lines and getting scripts here is my advice. I had a very frustrating and unprofessional experience at this Walgreens. I kept receiving email…read morenotifications that my photo order was ready, so I went to the store to pick it up. When I arrived, I gave the employee my last name and even spelled it out for her, but she still couldn't find my order. She checked a couple of boxes, and when I tried to politely help by helping her find it in a box where it should have been when she placed the box on the counter, she snapped at me in a harsh tone and told me I "can't do that." There was no reason for her to speak to me that way. On top of that, this isn't the first issue I've had with their photo department. A previous time when I picked up an order, they handed me photos that weren't even mine -- they belonged to someone else. That's a serious privacy mistake and shows a lack of organization and care.
