"My husband and I were severely mistreated and disrespected by a racist employee working the night shift April 6th 2026 at 12:20 a.m. We came in to get gas & water. The two of us walked back to the soda fountain filled up a glass of water, & walked to the front of the store, and the cashier ran to the back as we came to the register. She then came back up and told us we needed to leave the store before we had the chance to even pay for our gas or get anything that we needed. We asked her why? She said, did you guys use that machine back there? Both of us asked her, what machine cause we had no idea what she was talking about. We told her we just got some water at the fountain and continued to question her, since she continued say "you're done" & "get out" saying it had to have been us, when we didn't even know what "it" was. She was extremely rude & disrespectful to us, treating us like scum. She eventually told us the floor was flooded with coffee & I said, "and why would you think we did that?!" I can't imagine this is how customers are ever to be treated even ones who do make a mess but we literally had nothing to do with it! She started ringing up our requests, however, then she made the comment that, it wasn't even me, it was "how my husband looked." Then we got angry because I will not tolerate her treating us like shit because he is Mexican American. She tried to backtrack and say it was because he looked dumbfounded and asked her, "What machine", however, we both reacted that way, of course we were confused!! We had been back there for all of 30 seconds & not even in that part of the store since obviously we hadn't even seen what she was talking about. She acted like we were lying!! I told her to go check her cameras and she would see how wrong she was for treating us that way!! She continued to say "it was how he looked." HOW DARE SHE TREAT ANY CUSTOMER THAT WAY?! After I called her out for being racist she started to back peddle & said sorry, but at that point we were just livid from the level of disrespect we received. We began to leave and then I came back in because I realized in all of our distress, I took the water cup with me without paying. So I brought it back in so we wouldn't also be accused of stealing since she clearly was prejudice & had it out for us. I demanded to know her managers name several times which she REFUSED to give me, she wouldn't give me her name either, but she was the middle-aged redhead woman working the registers at the date & time mentioned. We have never been treated with such disgusting, foul, disrespect & unprofessional behavior at any of your other locations. We were, quite frankly, in shock, at the way we were being treated. Towards the end, I was so livid that we were yelling & I called her a racist b**** several times. With the way Hispanics being targeted in this country, I'm furious that he had to endure this treatment because of his ethnicity, by one of your employees in this store. The owner/manager of this store needs to go & review the cameras during this incident & thoroughly evaluate how this employee acted so severely inappropriately. I admit that we became verbally hostile, after she made it about "how he looked" & when she also continued to refuse to give me the managers name, to which she threatened to call the cops. Who wouldn't be hurt & angry at being so severely disrespected like that for no reason at all? We could have handled the situation better, but this whole situation should have never started to begin with. We were nice to her before she acted the way she did towards us. Should your management and corporate team choose to want to remedy this situation, we would like her fired immediately!!! We are contemplating contacting a lawyer & the news media, because this whole encounter was so outrageous & unacceptable & none of your other patrons should have to encounter that employee ever. I hope to be contacted by your menagement and corporate team as well. I have sent a message about this incident through the app with my contact information also."

Don't ever confuse being furious with being difficult! First LIE; Shawn, Bill & Shawn Jr ALL proudly shared with me the new 30K Engine Analyzer they had & would be using to diagnose the reason for the SERVICE ENGINE SOON warning dash light coming on. Second LIE; Yes THAT SERVICE ENGINE SOON is the correct light that was on & the reason I brought my mother's car in. Shawn was aware THAT was the warning dash light that was lit & he even reset it following their unneeded service. Not a CHECK ENGINE LIGHT. Third Lie; I DID NOT MOVE ANY BARREL blocking your carwash entrance & for you to accuse me of doing that is beyond ridiculous. If Shawn is such an honest guy, as you initially touted to me, he would have told you HE MOVED THAT BARREL & then told me to drive in & he'd start the carwash. It never started, not one drop of water was ever released. Shawn even apologized to me saying he was sorry he didn't realize it was not working. I was even told to come back in the Springtime for a free wash. I hope my reviews give future potential customers pause before taking their vehicle to your service center. Again with the false accusations. Any still pictures you claim to have of "a woman moving your barrel" is not me. Ask Shawn, IF he's the honest guy you say he is, he'll tell you the truth, HE MOVED THAT BARREL. YOU however are the height of an unprofessional businessman. Funny how when you texted me pleading with me to bring the car back you stated "I'm not like those other guys, I'm professional & I just want to make it right for you" HA AND by calling a dissatisfied customer a "Karen" immediately identifies you as a immature & hateful MAGA, certainly NOT ANY KIND OF PROFESSIONAL!
