The beef was not tender very chewy and the interior of the Manhattan was not hot. You could tell that the mashed potatoes were not homemade. But I did have the salad bar. Pictures are attached in this review. Wonderful salad bar. Lots of variety. Go back as many times as you like there's even a lot of protein on the salad bar. We also had an appetizer the breadsticks with pepperoni in them with the cheese dipping sauce, which was very good. The service was OK. We had to get the waitresses attention a couple times to get refills and she was slow getting back to us to take our order from the initial contact.

Yesterday had the buffet and something was off about the Pizza. Went to pay and told the server to enter our phone number for credit toward our loyalty account and was told they don't do that and had never heard of doing that. I informed her nicely that Tori always did it for me and she said Tori was no long with Pizza Hut. I ask if she had quit and the reply was "You could say something like that". BINGO! That's why our last two meals were way below par. Tori was the one who knew how to make the food. Guess it's Bubba's Pizza for us from now on. This is now just the normal Pizza Hut and nothing special anymore.

Food was ready promptly, and the young man at tge pick up window was friendly. The pizza, by far, is the best I've had since I moved to the area a year and a half ago. I ordered The Spabby (i think thats what it was called) as a deep dish, and it was phenomenal! I also brought home garlic cheesebread, a stromboli, and their "combo" appetizer (stuffed manicotti and meatballs). Everything was good, but the pizza was definitely the star!
