The store is neat inside and well stocked. The variety of ingredients is impressive. The selection of produce is limited, but looked fresh. I was disappointed that most items had no prices marked. (Otherwise, I would have picked up a few more things.). They also sell fresh meals and samosas. We picked up a couple of samosas and they were delicious - maybe the best that I have had locally. There are a couple little tables to eat at inside (but you order at the counter). The clerk/manager was ok, not really engaging or welcoming, but efficient. I tried the falafel sandwich from Btown Gyros. It wasn't BAD but I thought it was pretty meh. The falafels were okay but the tzatziki and hummus were bland. I added some Dat's hot sauce from the condiment table about halfway through the sandwich but even that somehow did very little. I think I'll give them another try and get something else to see if I like one of the platters more. They actually have a pretty nice eating area inside and on the patio. I feel like if they put some music on and invested more in the presentation, it could be a nice place to go and eat. The guy taking orders had two airpods in, which seems a little rude to me. I am sympathetic that this is probably not very stimulating work, but I don't like having to speak over whatever they're listening to. Wouldn't hurt to leave one ear open at least.

They're usually fresh, and in variety. Therein lies my sense of discomfort. I started to like some of those selections. Then the inventory disappeared. Gone. Is it because of tariffs? Bad ordering cycles? Student invasions? I can't tell. I walk out empty-handed, as the items I'd been accustomed to aren't on the shelves anymore. This means I have to find them elsewhere, or take the trip to Saraga Mart in Indy to find them. They lose my business this way. Others won't have my problem, but if I were to put a name on the problem, it's inventory consistency-- something that also plagues Aldi. Is it because international foods supply chains are in turmoil? I can't know. It's opaque. The answer, however, is: I'm increasingly empty handed when I walk out. Yes, I tell them what's out of stock. Hasn't done any good so far. Maybe it'll change when the world trading climate is less strange.
