In the past 5 years we have left glowing reviews. Best Pizza Hut I had eaten in or carried out in decades. Sadly our last carry out order was way below normal. Yesterday had the buffet and something was off about the Pizza. Went to pay and told the server to enter our phone number for credit toward our loyalty account and was told they don't do that and had never heard of doing that. I informed her nicely that Tori always did it for me and she said Tori was no long with Pizza Hut. I ask if she had quit and the reply was "You could say something like that". BINGO! That's why our last two meals were way below par. Tori was the one who knew how to make the food. Guess it's Bubba's Pizza for us from now on. Ordered delivery. Driver arrived with wrong order so she took it back. I called restaurant to tell them what happened, they thanked me for calling, asked what I ordered and said they would get started making it. Driver comes back and I tipped her another $5 for having to come back. Now I'm in over $50 for one large pizza and order of breadsticks. The box is cold so we know the pizza is cold and I turn on the oven to heat it, open the box and it's wrong AGAIN. Instead of half supreme and half pepperoni, it had mushrooms and peppers on the whole thing and barley any pepperoni and none of the other meats that it is supposed to have. The breadsticks weren't just cold but felt like they had been sitting around all day. Even reheated they were awful, inedible. I ate one slice of pizza because I didn't feel like having to pick all the veggies off of it. That was the last chance I'm giving this restaurant. read more

Absolutely the best pizza we have had in this area! It was wonderful! We had great service and a friendly atmosphere! I am shocked that they were not slammed w customers! Went for dine in pizza, checked in at front counter and was told to take seat where ever we liked. We found a booth close and that was the last time anyone employed there spoke to us. We waited for 15 minutes and not one person even came and check on us or acknowledged we were even in the building. So I'm typing this review setting at Golden Corral where the service is great. We have done a lot of business with pizza hut over the years and this was the last straw, as we will never eat there again. read more

We order online at 4:30pm and didn't get our order until 6:30pm. We was notified through text message that it would be delivered by door dash instead of a delivery driver. When we checked the link we noticed that it went to three different people before we got our food. We will not be ordering again since we had to go pick up our order just to get what we paid for. read more

Over the past 4 years I've tried this PH every few months and was disappointed every time. Didn't matter if we were eating there, carrying it out, or having it delivered, they always failed to live up to expectations. All that has changed and they've now earned me as an occasional (monthly) customer! They must have changed ownership or management or the entire staff in general. I no longer see the questionable people who used to work there. You know...the kind of people you're wary of giving your debit card info to. The employees now are very friendly and groomed...believe me, the prior batch of employees were not. Best of all, they've not gotten my order wrong even once as of late, and previously it was always wrong. Hopefully this trend will continue and this location will prosper. read more

Tried to give this location another shot tonight and ordered 2 pans of pasta. They delivered to the wrong address half an hour late. And when I called the manager her excuse was "well he called you 3 times" I didn't get one call except from my neighbor saying the pizza guy just let food on their porch for me. Manager was a bitch overall on the phone and could accept the fact they fucked up and blamed it on me, even if I wasn't right the customer is always right , as messed up as that is it's true. Ordered 6 personal pizzas at 12:05 for delivery at 3:00. Come 3:10. No pizzas they said they'd lost our order. They said they went to the wrong address and "tried calling" they said we caused the problem by giving us the wrong address when we gave them the same address we always do. read more

We have tried to dine in at the Bedford Pizza Hut 3 times in the past month. 1st 2 times were on Fridays, usually busy. Both times we were told it would be 1 1/2 hour wait so we left. Then tried this past Thursday. Parking lot wasn't crowded. Maybe 5 customers waiting for pickups. Waitress told us she didn't know when she could get to us. All the tables needed cleaned and she was only person working dining room. So again we left. The pizza has been great whenever we go but they need staff and a manager bad. I realize the food industry in general is short staffed but hoping something can be done. Just felt someone should be aware of public perception. read more

Went there for the lunch buffet while traveling this week. While I was paying for my meal, the cashier had another associate take over on the cash register and he went to the assembly line to make pizzas. Only problem with that is. He never washed his hands. Armed with dirty hands, no gloves, and get this, a band aid on his hand (puke). I informed the waitress that this occurred and that he was also dragging his unbuttoned sleeve through the toppings and across the pizzas as he prepared them. She told me that their restaurant had failed their last inspection for that very reason. She said he seldom wears gloves. I was disgusted at that point as I'd already eaten. Every employee of this restaurant I have ever encountered in the more than 25 years I have lived here has acted like my order was inconveniencing them. Haven't ordered from here in two years, tried again tonight. I'm glad I noticed the same old attitude and was able to just say forget it and call Pappa Johns. Im surprised its still open. Worst ran restaurant I have ever ate from. I love their pizza but they mess up orders like it's a contest. They are constantly running only one driver and taking 2 to 4 hours to get the correct pizza you order that's still warm. "Mangers" should be fired. Definitely the worst Pizza Hut I have been in. We went in around 2:00 in the afternoon so the lunch crowd was long gone but several tables were either not cleared or needed wiped down and the floor needed swept. My husband and I both had salad and bread sticks. The bread sticks were very good but the salad bar had very little in the way of veggies and other toppings to put on the lettuce that had obviously came in a bag and was somewhat dehydrated. The bathroom was yet another story. There was no toilet tissue so people had been using the brown paper hand towels in place of it. The trash can was over flowing so the brown paper was thrown onto the floor and into the sink along with a sanitary napkin. With the state of the bathroom and the dining room I didn't even want to think about what the kitchen must have been like. On the plus side the waitress was very good. Best Pizza Hut in the state of Indiana! Amazing! You can test the yeast! And the melted cheese! Best ever!

Seems more of a take-out place so if you want a nice quiet slice, I recommend going there.
