It's been four years since my last visit to Fazoli's. So I decided to come back to celebrate,…read moreNational Spaghetti Day on the 4th of January. Since my last visit, I've learned the Fazoli's is a franchise and is black and woman owned. To celebrate Spaghetti Day, I went with a Marinara and Meat Sauce. However, the kid in me really wanted the Meatballs. The portion was a hearty size and was more than enough. It came with a side of Breadsticks. They were the perfect accompaniment. The young man working as a cashier was very professional and friendly. My food runner was equally friendly and when I finished my meal and was still sitting at the table, she offered to take the empty dishes away. If you are dining in, they use real plates and flatware. That's a nice touch. I went at lunchtime and was surprised how busy and full the dining room was. I was also surprised to see diners leaving a couple of dollars on the table as they left. I wonder if the food runner gets all of them or if they split them with all on duty. I'll be back and I wont wait four years or a for pasta holiday. When: January 4, 2026 Why: National Spaghetti Day

We ordered 5 regular wings (9.99) and the crispy chicken bacon ranch salad which came with bread sticks (8.99). The wings were good but overpriced for the size. The salad had pepperoni chips (probably like 40 over them), crispy chicken, iceberg, fries breadstick croutons, bacon and cheese. This is a salad for people that don't like salad, not so much a salad for people who enjoy salad. Wouldn't order again but if you like all those toppings go for it- food was fresh. The breadsticks are terrible for you and frickin incredible. Service was great! Woman working the drive thru was excellent. Order took a long time but I guess that was cause of the wings?

It was a little pricey, but I don't mind paying more if the food is good. I felt it was worth every penny. My pizza was Detroit style, which is thick crust(I think you can get thin there too). I loved it. There was not much crust to it, and what crust there is on it was crisp and crunchy. Loved it. It was after 1 pm and there were only 2 slices of cheese pizza in the case. The person at the counter said there were more pizzas in the oven and they would be up soon. It was worth the wait. The pepperoni pizza was hot and delicious even after traveling the 25 min. home. I told me wife about the deal and the experience..both being positive. Then, on two separate occasions, we went out of our way, while traveling, only to be disappointed because the deal is from 11 to 3:00. Today's experience...we arrived at 1:50 pm. We were excited because we were finally going to get the $5 deal. We went in the door and there was 1 slice of cheese pizza. I asked if more pizza was coming out. The gal behind the counter said no because it was a slow day and the pizza would go to waste. ( The lunch special was supposed to be valid for another 70 min. Any other restaurant will try to accomodate their patrons for lunch special up to and including 2:59.) There's counter person was not concerned about disappointing customers or even trying to show some empathy. We asked about ordering a pizza..."for here or to go"...."here"..."you have to order that in dining room". We discussed it while sitting and both felt that the person at the front counter need some customer relation training. Another person was working the dining area. She was very friendly. We placed our order for a 14" Classic Combo. It was ready in a reasonable amount of time. Our opinion, as we discussed it at length, is Rosati's has the best thin crust of all the pizza places we've eaten. Their sauce is a little tomato forward. They seem to care about the amount of toppings on the pizza. We did feel that the pie was light on the sausage. There was an ample amount of the other toppings including pepperoni. We noted the pepperoni tasted closer to bacon than the classic savory pepperoni flavor. And there was plenty of melty stringing cheese!!. I am really getting discouraged at the amount of money restaurants are charging for soft drinks. A 20oz soft drink costs the restaurant 5 to 15 cents for syrup and CO² and they charge the customer $3.75 to, in Rosati's cases $4.00. Ambiance...it's large and uses cold materials. Looks like a semi sports bar. Prices...on the higher end for pizza Wait staff...hit or miss... one good-one not so much. Food quality...(pizza) very good Lunch special...if you can get it, it's a great deal. The all important!! The left-over pizza is very good, cold straight from the refrigerator
