I love buffalo flavored meals, but the pizza had too many additions that took away from the buffalo taste. The gorgonzola cheese tasted rotten, more rotten than the usual blue cheese taste. Hard pass. I did not expect the ranch to be drizzled on top, I would have preferred it on the side, but that is my fault. The celery also took away from the savoryness. We had one slice and sent it back because neither one of us wanted it to take home- it was that bad. We both agreed that the BBQ pizza was also lacking, but at least my boyfriend was able to finish it. The iced tea was not that good either, so I switched to a soda. I am still very open to trying Peel again in the future, but no more Peel pizzas for me. Also, if you have the choice, do not sit at a high-top because the metal chairs are freezing cold. I felt bad for all the girls in their Homecoming dresses because they were freezing and so were my boyfriend and I in our shorts.

The kitchen has a glass wall that faces the dining area and the kitchen staff was hard at work making pizzas. We were immediately greeted and shown to a table. Looking over the menu of specialty pizzas, there were several that caught my eye, we chose the Ryan's Inferno. This a buffalo chicken pizza and was something we both thought sounded good. Our pizza didn't take long to arrive at our table and it looked good. The crust was crispy and tasted good and the toppings were good as well. Just because the name has "inferno" in it doesn't mean it was spicy. It had great buffalo flavor without setting your face on fire. The price was very reasonable and we both enjoyed the experience.

Kaitlyn was just really off the charts tonight. She was infectiously happy, thoroughly knowledgeable about the menu, and just an all-around pleasant person! We noted the pepperoni tasted closer to bacon than the classic savory pepperoni flavor. And there was plenty of melty stringing cheese!!. I am really getting discouraged at the amount of money restaurants are charging for soft drinks. A 20oz soft drink costs the restaurant 5 to 15 cents for syrup and CO² and they charge the customer $3.75 to, in Rosati's cases $4.00. Ambiance...it's large and uses cold materials. Looks like a semi sports bar. Prices...on the higher end for pizza Wait staff...hit or miss... one good-one not so much. Staff here was pretty young but the crowd here was more middle-aged than anything. It's in a pretty busy intersection too. They have Gaming Machines too. They have an outdoor area but it was too cold to be over there. In the far back room they have basically a Four Seasons room but they have a heater so it doesn't get too cold over there and boy does it feel like it could get to 90° over there like you're in a senior center or Florida!
