To avoid any budget surprises, I would recommend confirming upfront how many technicians will be assigned to the job. Overall, I would work with Jason again and would recommend him to others. We have had least 8 separate service calls, new technician almost every time who has no idea what is going on. Every time I call the office they are clueless without notes and not helpful. After maybe 6 visits, they send the "Service Operations Manager" who figures out the issue, orders a part. It sits in the warehouse for a week. When I call the office for an update for the 20th time, they tell me oops they forgot and send another guy out to install it. He comes out the next day to install it and what do you know oops again, that was the wrong board (after installation) and the "Service Operations Manager" is no longer with the company (this is all within about a week). Mind you, these guys have already charged me 360 bucks on the first visit for only changing the filters and assuring me this is the problem. Time for a second opinion and honestly need to have the whole system inspected because this company did the original install I am not sure if my house is going to randomly blow up due to their incompetence. BUYER BEWARE Update: Had a new company come out (shout out to Diversified Heating & Cooling) who figured it out within an hour the next day after posting the review. Turns out this company pinched a wire when they did the installation. Took them 8 visits and they were fully prepared to replace both control boards on the condenser and all along it was a pinched communication wire under the air handler. Morons!

We needed our shower head to work properly, as well as the tub drain and overflow connected. He spent a good half of the day working on it, since it was a very tight and difficult area. I appreciated his patience through that project. He got it done and kept his cool! Price transparency here, it was $1,600 due to having to take out the old plumbing and put all new stuff in. He did have to go to the hardware store to get the right stuff for it. The second incident was an emergency call about our toilet tank breaking, causing a minor flooding of the bathroom. It was at the end of day, so the correspondent got off us in touch with the on call plumber asap. Brad called me within ten mins of me calling the dispatcher. We got a new toilet installed and the water shut off switch needed to be replaced, due to it being 25 year old toilet. Toilet installation was $450 but the valve replacement made it a bit more. Total bill was $720. All that being said, we have tried to do plumbing jobs on our own, and they have equated to more grief and stress than anything else. It has not saved us time or money. These guys took care of us and communicated thoroughly throughout the process.

He ordered the parts and came out and repaired the faucet in a very timely manner. Works great. Also noticed toilet running and replaced flapper as part of his full service!! He also diagnosed our Kohler kitchen sink and replaced a cartridge for us. In addition he said to call Kohler for another part that they will send for free rather than us paying him to do it. Pricing for repairs was reasonable, especially because we thought we were going to have to replace entire faucet in bathtub by tearing out tile to get to controls.
