Two nights ago, the lights suddenly went out and we weren't sure if it was bulbs, ballast, or the switch. The fixture is 21 years old. We called Jay at Bigfoot. In the beginning he told me that he was busy, then the holidays arrived, so I waited until after the new year. I've now called and texted him several more times and he hasn't responded at all. Some of the parts he installed are supposed to be under warranty and I can't even get the warranty coverage because I have no one to contact.
