Only seven days after issuing the invoice, Lights On sent a hostile email stating that I was late in paying and threatening to immediately add late fees. This response felt unnecessarily aggressive and inappropriate toward a customer who was simply seeking billing clarity. Because of the lack of transparency and the bullying tone of the communication, I will not do business with this company again."

In the beginning he told me that he was busy, then the holidays arrived, so I waited until after the new year. I've now called and texted him several more times and he hasn't responded at all. Some of the parts he installed are supposed to be under warranty and I can't even get the warranty coverage because I have no one to contact.
