We had active conversations about the products and our remodel project, and even looked their way multiple times, hoping for acknowledgment. The man gave no notice to us at all, not even a glance. The woman side-eyed us a couple times, but gave us nothing more. We were pleased with their products and got more inspiration, but we are frustrated with the lack of attention. As we walked right by the front desk on the way out, all we got was nasty glare from the woman. While we would love to shop local, our lighting fixtures will be bought online or at another store. Disappointing.

Two nights ago, the lights suddenly went out and we weren't sure if it was bulbs, ballast, or the switch. The fixture is 21 years old. We called Jay at Bigfoot. He responded within 30 minutes, arrived at our home within two hours, and had the issue resolved within another 30 minutes. Jay was friendly, efficient, and knew exactly how to resolve the issue. Perfect guy for a frustrating problem, that these mid-80 year olds needed fixing ASAP. Give him a call -- you'll be pleased.

I was told to just drop it off on 3/2--no specific time was given. When I arrived at 9:30 AM, George didn't know who I was and said he had marked me as a no-show. That should have been my first red flag. I left my truck anyway and was told I'd get a text when it was ready. By 3 PM, I hadn't heard anything, so I called--only to find out it had already been done and no one bothered to notify me. When I picked it up, I was told the dashboard piece we had discussed the week before wasn't ordered and would take about a week. Two weeks later, I had to call again, and once again George had no idea what I was talking about--though somehow the part was there. I scheduled another appointment, and the same thing happened: no call or text when it was ready. We had to stop by, and my truck was just sitting in the lot. To make things worse, the stereo is still having the same issue--music cuts out randomly. I stopped in again on 4/3 and scheduled a follow-up for 4/9, but needed to reschedule. When I called, George again didn't know why I was coming in, put me on hold saying he was "under a car," and never returned to the phone call. I waited nearly 10 minutes before having to hang up and go back to work. I followed up with a text and never got a response. At this point, I'm done. The communication is terrible, the issue was never fixed, and I've had to make multiple trips for something that should have been handled correctly the first time. I just wanted a working stereo--not this level of hassle. I'll be taking my truck somewhere else.
