To avoid any budget surprises, I would recommend confirming upfront how many technicians will be assigned to the job. Overall, I would work with Jason again and would recommend him to others. UPDATE- I had a small leak with one of the toilets and Jason came out right away to adjust it. He definitely stands behind his work! You would think resolving an issue with previously warranted work would be relatively straightforward. Unfortunately, that was not our experience. The first point of contact was Stephanie, and dealing with her was like pulling teeth. Her communication was consistently rude and unprofessional. On two occasions, information provided to us was simply not accurate, and that same misinformation was apparently relayed to Jason Severson, the owner, who was out of town at the time. I understand that people travel and take time away from work. However, when a customer has an unresolved warranty issue, some level of communication and follow through should still be expected. After waiting more than two weeks, Jason finally returned my call. Unfortunately, rather than taking the time to understand what had happened, acknowledge the frustration or make an effort to resolve the situation, he came into the conversation without having the facts straight. What followed was even more disappointing. The conversation was condescending, dismissive, and completely lacking in any meaningful effort to understand or address the underlying issue. Rather than taking ownership and trying to find a resolution, Jason spoke down to me and ultimately hung up on me. Let that sink in. This is the owner of the company. Customer service starts with the first person who answers the phone, and it certainly doesn't improve when the matter reaches ownership. Mistakes happen. Warranty issues happen. What distinguishes a reputable business is how it responds when something goes wrong. In our experience, neither the initial customer service nor the owner's response demonstrated the professionalism, accountability, or basic courtesy that customers should expect. I'm leaving this review because I believe other homeowners in our community deserve to know what our experience was like before choosing this company. We needed our shower head to work properly, as well as the tub drain and overflow connected. He spent a good half of the day working on it, since it was a very tight and difficult area. I appreciated his patience through that project. He got it done and kept his cool! Price transparency here, it was $1,600 due to having to take out the old plumbing and put all new stuff in. He did have to go to the hardware store to get the right stuff for it. The second incident was an emergency call about our toilet tank breaking, causing a minor flooding of the bathroom. It was at the end of day, so the correspondent got off us in touch with the on call plumber asap. Brad called me within ten mins of me calling the dispatcher. We got a new toilet installed and the water shut off switch needed to be replaced, due to it being 25 year old toilet. Toilet installation was $450 but the valve replacement made it a bit more. Total bill was $720. All that being said, we have tried to do plumbing jobs on our own, and they have equated to more grief and stress than anything else. It has not saved us time or money. These guys took care of us and communicated thoroughly throughout the process.
