Give you a text 15 mins before arrival. The arrival time was as promised. The pricing was very fair. For greater than 20 years I have called many times and have received the very best of work from Deschutes Plumbing. Ya gotta call that more than a fluke! Nice work for a fair price. read more

Received notification from water company that I may have a leak, I called Deschutes plumbing from the yelp reviews. Jason came the next morning, very professional, courteous and knowledgeable. Showed him the source of the leak, immediately had a solution for a fix. Done in about 1.5-2 hours. Excellent quality of work, done perfectly. If I ever have plumbing problems, they are my first call. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED. This is an company with amazing knowledgeable people. read more

As far as the service requested- Dechutes Plumbing came to a rental and gave us a work proposal. When I tried to connect with Andy, who wrote the proposal, I was told my job which is approximately $4,600 was not big enough for their company. I basically received the following email with no other explanation, "My manager says that unfortunately your job is too small for us to take on at this time". read more

Let me start by saying the two plumbers arrived on time, and were friendly and communicative. Before beginning work, they informed me that the company charges by time and materials, and the hourly rate was $125. Was that okay? Yes, I said. They did not say anything about the 1-hour minimum, but I suppose that is standard. My little job took them 30 minutes, and at the end I was told my bill amount (a little under $250). I was not shown a bill. I handed over my card and was told the bill would be emailed, which it was. So why not a five-star rating? It's the materials markup. My job required three galvanized parts and one other part. I was charged $43 for the galvanized parts (not itemized beyond that). I happened to be in Home Depot the next day. The RETAIL pricing on those parts was $14.36. So Deschutes Plumbing tripled the RETAIL cost, which likely represents a 5x markup for them. So it wasn't enough to make $125 (on 30 minutes work, remember) plus $75 (a 2x markup from RETAIL) for the other part, plus a fair markup on the galvanized? Really?? There's a word for that and it isn't credibility-builder. read more

Deschutes Plumbing Company - thumbs up - Plumbing Near Me - Bend, Oregon

This review is unsolicited. I wanted to write it because the service, follow up and workmanship I received was definitely 5 star! This is the second time in a year that I had a water leak in my home. Both times Deschutes Plumbing was terrific. I dealt with Chris via phone but other plumbers did the actual repair. Chris was understanding of the issues, straight forward and he stayed on task until everything was right. The fees were fair and competitive so I felt I received a very good value for the dollars I spent. From my experience they are the BEST! read more

Robert from Deschutes Plumbing fixed a leak at my house the morning on 3/7/22. He did a great job. In and out in an hour! Everything works great now. I really appreciate the visit and will call again if we need anything. read more

Recently talked to Casey and his team and they were super responsive and super helpful. Would highly recommend Deschutes Plumbing. I'm almost sure they are the only plumber in town that will A) pick up the phone and B) get you on the schedule in a reasonable manner. In a busy town where services who get busy (plumbers, electricians, etc) can afford to ignore your call, Deschutes Plumbing keeps their customer service a top priority. Refreshing. read more

Our first experience with Deschutes plumbing. We are new to Bend. We will definitely be using again, and again and again!! From an immediate answer to our phone call, to a quick appointment the following morning.(ours was not an emergency) to Brian arriving early, mask on , shoes off. To a quick repair of garbage disposal. Brian's extra time spent in dislodging a metal piece that was stuck. Saved us several hundred dollars. We were very pleased and will use again read more

Love this plumbing company in central Oregon. Casey and his team always come through for me. From my normal upgrades and projects to a freezing pipe that burst. They are fast, friendly, safe and their communication is perfect to keep me informed. If you are a business or a homeowner this is the company you should use. read more

We got a new kitchen sink, so the job was to install a disposal, faucet, and all the pipes. They did a great job at a reasonable price, less than many other plumbing businesses in town. I will hire again for future plumbing work. read more

Amazing service!! I called in the morning with a water heater issue (and no hot water for 24+ hrs) and within a couple of hours Brian and TJ showed up and had the problem fixed! Brian went above and beyond to explain the set up of our system (home purchased recently) and to answer ALL of our questions thoroughly. Brian was very knowledgeable and respectful. His follow up after the appointment to making sure the issue was completely resolved was awesome! Without a doubt we will be calling Brian back for future plumbing needs! read more

Fantastic Customer Service!! Doing a major remodel in a large home this company went above and beyond to make sure we were happy the whole time. Their plumbers are knowledge, friendly and clean!! I'm am thrilled with Deschutes Plumbjng. Jason came out as scheduled. He was knowledgeable, thorough and very polite. It's always nice to work with honest businesses. My husband is a retired plumber so he knows the mediocre from the best. This company is the best and I would recommend them without reservation. read more

I had a pretty significant issue with the way one of their plumbers botched a job at my house. Once they understood the issue they sent out a different plumber to come in and sort it out - AND they stepped up to the plate and reimbursed me for the damage. I truly did not expect that. Laurie, that puts you and Deschutes Plumbing at the very top of my list the next time I have a plumbing issue. Other plumbing companies in Bend, take note. THIS is how you take care of customers. This level of service is rare indeed. Fantastic Customer Service. THANK YOU. read more

Couldn't give a higher recommendation. Pricing was fair, showed up on time both for bid and for job, work was done well, installed was polite and friendly - and they beat the bid of another local plumber by a LOT. read more

Randy came out to our house on May 21st for a repair. Unfortunately the office apparently looked at a previous job they did for us when they sent him, so he did not bring the right parts. It bugs me to have to pay for him to drive back and get the needed parts. Did an okay job, but not really pleased. I'd give them 2.5 stars - but not 3. read more

We are so grateful to have come upon Deschutes Plumbing while researching & calling around town. To begin, our Yelp quote request was immediately responded to on a Saturday. When we followed up to make a plan on Monday morning, the call was answered by Laurie, quote was clear & a plan was made for the following day!! Could not have been happier. We just closed on a home which had several issues we needed the peace of mind to turn over to a pro. Mike called my husband the day of & arrived exactly as planned, then did perfect work in a short amount of time. He went above & beyond on this job by giving us feedback on our faucet selections, helping my husband install a hot water heater pan & hole for emergency drain, then even went so far as to check the remainder of the home for us in the event of other problems. All for less than we were quoted by others who were out two weeks or more. Very hard to find this quality of business in/around Bend any more. Thank you! read more

We have used the services of Deschutes Plumbing on 2 occasions. They have been on time, and most importantly, they do stand behind their work; if there is an error, they fix it. Very professional, with integrity. read more

Excellent service! They had installed kitchen faucet that later failed. (Good bet that it may have been due to plumber that no longer works there...we both thought.) They came back a few months later and did the job for free. These are honest and good folks. Mike was the plumber who got us on track again. They are my go-to plumbing company! read more

We have been looking for a local plumber to build a relationship with for our business and our 2 rental houses in Bend. The Deschutes Plumbing website gave us a really nice feeling of downhome, family owned and genuine caring. We set up an appointment over the phone to have them come and look at one of our rentals. We coordinated with our renter who took time off to meet them at the house. THEY NEVER SHOWED UP! The never even called or were even concerned that they didn't show up. When I finally called them their attitude was oh yea sorry my bad. They did not offer to come right out or reschedule or anything at all for the fact that they just distrupted our day and our tenants day. If you expect anyone to show up don't call Deschutes Plumbing. read more
