Very dog friendly patio with lots of seating. Service was pretty quick and they kept checking on us which was very nice. Lots of drink options and food was tasty. A few Vegetarian options. Will definitely be back as the weather starts to warm up.

My husband is a big fan of Oregon State football and knowing that Cascade Lakes created a tailgate beer he had to have lunch there. No lines on a Wednesday for lunch so we sat ourselves at a booth. They offer your typical pub fare food and we opted for the Holy Grail brisket sandwich with onion rings and the Smash burger with sweet potato fries. The food came out fairly quickly and let's just say the onion ring and fries portion is insane! They really load it up! The smash burger was cooked perfectly, and dressed just the way I like it. The brisket sandwich was ok I've had better. It has chunks of brisket vs slab strips which made it a little hard to eat. The onion rings were 10 outta 10 dipped with ranch of course. The seating options were amazing, interior booths and tables, bar seating and an outdoor area that has just about everything. They even have rooftop seating! It was a beautiful sunny day so a great venue for enjoying a yummy meal in the sunshine. Our server was great and the place was clean!

Service and server were outstanding. Took business guests out to dinner and they really enjoyed this new location.

    Pastrami Sandwich. WTF!!!

I give it to the servers, they're trying. Trying hard. And kudos to them! But the product is baaad. Pastrami sandwich for $19.00. Smaller and more tasteless as the ones served from Billy Madison's school cafeteria. 5 bites and gone, not full... At all. Side of tater tots, might have been cooked 3 days ago. Hard, tasteless, and white in color. Good thing their beers are pretty tasty or would have absolutely demanded a refund. No wonder the place is empty on a Friday night. Piss poor food. Had to go across the parking lot to buy ourselves actual dinner, after paying for our fake a$$ dinner at Cascades. When leaving was asked by the server if we had fun? Yes, we had fun. Due to the company we were with. It's almost like they know not to ask how the meal was... BAAAD!

My wife and I met a friend (the pastor who married us, actually) here for dinner, while in town on a weekend getaway. It was close to his house, relatively brand new, and he was eager to check it out. He made a wise choice. Seating options include the interior dining area, and two outdoor patios: one on the south side of the building, and another on the roof. Well-stocked with a sizeable selection of IPAs, ciders, pilsners, and other brewed and hopped on-tap options, as well as some select wines, a few craft cocktails, and a full bar for custom concoctions. The menu consists of mainly pub-faire favorites: a smash burger, a BLT/Club combo, fish and chips, pretzels, nachos and other shareable starters. I went with the smash burger, and my wife the falafel bowl, while our friend ordered the BLT Club, and between the three of us, a variety of different pints, a Solstice Sour, an Old Fashioned, and a braided soft pretzel to split. Everybody's entrée was hearty, robust, filling, delicious, and cooked correctly. Our servers were all on the startlingly young end (some of them just this side of puberty, it seemed), but they were all competent, friendly, communicative, and above all, timely and efficient. Cascade Lakes is the sort of casual, welcoming local establishment that may not win any awards for pushing the boundaries of haute cuisine, but what they do offer is solid, tasty, tavern-style stapes, stout stouts, plentiful pints, and most importantly, a convivial communal space to come together as a family, or as in our case, to reunite with old friends, catch up on old times, and share in new, good times. Cheers to that!

This is a well-designed pub. Spacious interior with a long bar and plenty of table, a large patio and their signature rooftop bar. I think it will do well. The menu is still being finalized so I'll not comment on that. The only negative I noticed is the men's room is too small for a pub this size.

This place packs all the punches. Its a nice location and a very sleek new building. Its got a great vibe. It was a nice surprise to see they were hosting bingo on the rooftop bar, I'm not sure if they do this every Sunday but it was pretty cool. My wife got the nachos and I got the french onion soup. Both dishes were very flavorful. We will absolutely be back.

Interesting to note, it's like all the beer drinker mt bike folks that used to all come here years ago just happened to grow up and have kids at once, so now it definitely has a very kids playground scene, but I still think it's cool here. (Just go inside to avoid the mayhem. lol!) It's sweet that they create a fun environment outside there. A suggestion maybe would be create a small section outside. that's a no kid table for sunshine and drinking too. ;) it looks like they're making good use of their space. I noticed many changes since the last visit. Looks like they have a party room you could rent, lots of fun well designed swag for purchase, ect. Yay! It was the best veggie burger my husband has had in a long time... he added avocado and vegan cheese (which did make it a bit pricey). Awesome that you can do many different sides including regular fries, Cajun fries, salad, chips, and more options... do wish they had onion rings however. I got the hummus plate which was good but not the best I've had. It came with a baguette which was more like garlic bread so I would have, personally, liked pita more. It also had a few olives on the side with a red pepper type sauce. I got it with no pickled onions. They had a great beer selection and even a few tasty non-alcoholic beers. Also had kombucha on tap which was delicious (from Humm). Everyone working was super sweet and the vibes were relaxed and casual. Our food came out quick and exactly how we ordered it. They also seemed to have spaces for larger parties, too. They also have a little gift shop if you wanted to pick anything from shirts, to bottle openers, to beer candles and more! Would come back again!

Great view of the river, well spaced out seating. Lots of picnic tables for big groups. Where it turned was the very unfriendly bar staff and honestly the inedible food. She then said is that it? In a very annoyed manner. Not is that all for now? Or even somewhat attempting to be friendly. It caught me so off guard! I took a second to glance around behind the bar and the entire energy was like they were annoyed at having to do their job. Ewww She then turned the screen to tap my card (it's getting offensive to ask for a 15-25% tip for pouring 2 beers or making a coffee- I'm a nurse and I don't get tipped every time I answer a call light) so I hit costume tip, added a $1 and I swear she looked up and mean mugged me.
