The second time, I just had them pull up my carpet and put down hardwood for my basement stairs and LVP for the landing. The stairs do not look like hardwood (it is hardwood; stained to match LVP); they match the LVP perfectly! From the customer service and the entire process, they deserve 10 stars! Before we even started the project, he tested a sample of the current hardwoods to ensure we could get a result. They turned out absolutely beautiful. He was receptive to special requests as well, including square shoe moulding which was a last minute change. Clear communication, transparent pricing, and quick turnaround made this an outstanding experience. Thank you Marcin and team for the wonderful work!

This review is long overdue, but I've been meaning to share our wonderful experience with Al, Mike…read moreand their team on the multiple projects they completed for our old, complex house. We converted two rooms plus a hallway into a master suite as well as split two large upstairs rooms into three. We had structural concerns and lots of logistics to work out and I wouldn't trust anyone other than Mike to draw up the plans to make sure everything is safe and up to code. Al oversaw the projects and was in constant communication with us and regularly was on site to make sure everything was going smoothly. If anything wasn't 100% correct or what we had discussed, he would make sure it was remedied. Big shout out to Franz who even showed up to work the day after his wife had a baby! The M3 team worked late days and on weekends (with our consent) to meet their deadlines, even when the county held them up with permitting issues they still worked hard to finish within our timeframe. We even made major changes to our plans after construction had begun and they were able to pivot and help us get more square footage for the upstairs bedrooms. There were also numerous curveballs that they handled with ease (ya never know what you'll get with an old house). This was our first time doing any sort of large project and the team at M3 gave us plenty of guidance and support to make sure the finished product exceeded our expectations. If you want something done right the first time, then I highly recommend contacting M3!! If we stay in this house then you guys won't be done with us yet! -Cristen, Phil and now +2 (!)

The manager, Driss, made the process incredibly easy, even ordering samples ahead of time. The quality of the work is top-notch; the planks are installed tight and the new shoe molding provides a very clean, professional finish. What really impressed me was the cleanup--they vacuumed everything and removed all excess materials, leaving the space ready to use. They even left the extra planks and carpet for future use.
