Receptionist was great. Nurse getting me in bed ect was rude. She was so fast and in a hurry I couldn't retain a single sentence she robotically rambled off. Then when we went over prep she ran down the list of did you do this / that like they normally do. When I mentioned I only was able to drink 3 of the 4 liters she wasn't happy. Seemed upset immediately and changed her tone with me. I explained I have had this procedure before and it's routine. The directions state clearly , and yes their emailed directions and not the pharmacys like they tell you, states you can do 3 liters minimum Depending on this and that ... which applied in my case. Then she asked about fluids and last time I drank any. I mentioned I last had fluids just over 3 hours ago to which she became passive aggressive again like we're having a debate and she must win And stated that I shouldn't have had anything for 5 hours And that hopefully the colonoscopy goes ok. Again very passive aggressive. Look folks directions say no more prep solution within 5 hours. However clear liquids like water you can have up to 3 hours before procedure which is what I did. I'm going to be honest, she was rude to me from get go, incorrect about the stuff she for some odd reason wanted to argue about. Im only 39 , nice guy their with my wife About to go through a stressful procedure. She made me feel absolutely terrible. No idea what her issues are but as a fellow business owner and somebody who has deal with this on rare occasions handling my own staff the problem was clear. She formed some sort of bias against me maybe because I'm just a alpha heavy diesel mechanic type , maybe politics ? Hell I dunno. Just wish She was as kind to me as the nice elderly lady in the bed next to me. My Doctor was very polite and nice. The anesthesia specialist was polite and nice. The girls in the procedure room were nice. But the nurse who started my IV , Gave me my gown ect was terrible. Absolutely terrible and that is the first representative of your establishment besides reception and leaves the biggest impression. But at the same time the old lady was given the nicest of tone and care and all the time in the world which is rightfully so. read more

Had my second colonoscopy recently and I can't say enough about the care and compassion from nurse Hillary to Dr. Khola Qamar. I wish I remembered the anesthesiologists name - she was very compassionate and caring too. I had some anxiety before going back that I didn't have with my first one five years ago. There was nothing but care and concern from these ladies. Although I'm a little embarrassed these ladies assured me it can be normal under the circumstances. Excellent Nurse Julie assisted me and Brenna was my Nurse anesthesist..She was great I was extremely anxious high Blood pressure but they put me at ease..Explained everything in detail beforehand and followed up by phone after..There was another Nurse who also helped ..Thanks to the staff for their help.. read more

Excellent service from check in with Denise to escort to my hubby by RN Wendy. I had fantastic, efficient and conscientious care by this entire treatment team. Forgive me if I spell names incorrectly, I was a little foggy. Nurses, Karley (Kayley?? again foggy brained, but she was amazingly sweet), Julia, tech Kiersten, CRNA Brenna, and Dr. Stanke were spot on in their care delivery. I was so impressed. As I sat, awaiting my procedure, I got to listen to the staff interacting with other patients. The caring and kindness was palpable. The degree of explanation, the fact that they took the time to really make sure the patients truly understood the whys and wherefores of what they had been through and what they needed to do going forward, was so far and above what I have experienced in other settings that I had to come on here to sing their praises. I do not understand the complaints in the other reviews. Maybe it just happened to be a bad day-we all have them- or maybe the other reviewers just went in with attitude, I do not know. That said, I will always make sure that my future colonoscopies will be done here. read more

Poor service from beginning to end. Called with concerns about prescription medication and medical personnel I spoke with was rather condescending telling me how I should feel! Wow! Perhaps, some training in care and compassion? I will not return to this place nor recommend it. Assembly line procedures. Rude medical personnel. Nurse either unwilling or unskilled in finding veins (translation: they do what they want and don't ask for your input). Humiliating having medical personnel assist in dressing me even though I did not ask nor require their assistance. Was told to move from bed to wheelchair and started to feel dizzy when I stood up so I said I needed a minute. They indicated their displeasure with needing about 60 seconds to feel okay to move. Waited about 10 seconds and got into the chair because you could hear them talking about how they needed to get the next patient in. I had questions about how I was feeling after procedure and the medical personnel I spoke to did not really seem to have any idea what she was talking about. Kind of like, "well, you should feel better..." If you decide to go to this place just beware they don't really care about you. Just a number, just making money, just incompetent and/or uncaring medical "professionals." Oh, and thanks for the bruises from the blood pressure cuff and ignoring my allergies. Be very, very careful about coming here unless you want a huge bill from outside offices. I called and verified they were "in network" for insurance and was told they were. What they do NOT tell you is that the anesthesiologists are from another company that bills separately, one that is "out of network". There was NO reason I could not have been advised about this when I talked to this office but they conveniently omitted this information. When I called them today they told me that information was included in the paperwork given during admitting. Of course it's buried, plus you have a lot of other stuff to deal with, so it's not apparent that this is the case. I guess the best thing to do is while you're filling out paperwork you should stop everything and make them wait to check your insurance and if anybody there isn't "in network" simply walk out - maybe they'll get the message. read more

The staff were friendly and courteous. My first colonoscopy went well. They efficiently checked me in, explained what the procedure entailed, and answered all my questions. They had me in and out of their facility in a timely manner. I don't understand the negative reviews. They're not what I experienced at all. read more

Avoid this place at all cost it's awful. The waiting room is small and smells the pre and post op area are small and humiliating. The post op side is unbelievable your in a small space separated by a curtain and be asked to pass gas, you can hear it clear over to pre op area. I had an upper endoscopy to diagnose severe abdominal pain in early July 2015. The front office and billing department..nightmare. No where in my paperwork did it say that my ride was required to stay in the waiting area during my procedure. When I told the desk staff this, she was rude and short with me stating that I was told when they called to confirm my appointment. I had no confirmation call as I was an urgent add-on to the schedule. She assured me that they always call and that they wouldn't be able to see me without someone waiting for me. There was no winning this so I called my ride to return to the center and wait; I was in so much pain I didn't feel I had a choice. Gratefully my experience improved from there. The back office techs and staff were kind and accommodating in spite of my anxiety. Then the billing started. They billed my insurance twice for the same procedure. My insurance automatically disregarded the second billing but then denied the original billing due to insufficient evidence that the scope was necessary. That's a billing code issue and a needless oversight. I started receiving automated calls that my account was overdue (for the full amount) two months later. I tried to call the billing office and speak to someone but was only given the option to leave a message. I left one. No one called me back. Now here I am, six months later, catching a bill in the mail. If your physician contracts with Cascade, consider asking if they have hospital privileges and go that route. read more
